Thank you to the vet and assistant who came over to help let our beloved retriever Oliver go and move on. They were so nice, professional and caring for the last hour of our boys life at 15 yrs old. This is one of the best veterinarian office's I have ever dealt with and my two other dogs will surely be using their service from now on, that is for check up's etc. a Big Thank you for making Oliver's last minutes comfortable. Both my husband and I are so grateful for your service.

I was visiting Clayton from out of town at Christmastime. Unfortunately on Christmas Eve my dog of 15 years became unable to use his hind legs. We took him to an emergency vet on Christmas Day. It became obvious then that he was not going to get better. The day after Christmas we went in the morning to Clayton Veterinary Hospital. My son and I met with Dr. John and Grey. They were so compassionate and kind. They gave us all the options and talked us through our final decision to put him down without putting on any pressure. For a very, very hard day I am so thankful that they were there. I could not have imagined more compassionate care. Thank you Dr. John and Grey for being there for us.

I followed Dr. Brad from Rabun Animal Hospital to his new practice here. He has performed surgery on one of my dogs twice and has always taken the best care of all my fur babies. My dogs, like most, hate going to the vet. But they love seeing Liz. She is the sweetest ever and so patient and kind to them! Prices are reasonable, Dr Brad explains everything thoroughly and is trustworthy, and they're very flexible and accommodating for appointments. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brad and his team are too notch. Great service, competitive pricing, and a friendly atmosphere. I would trust them with any of my animals!

My dogs have always went here but recently a dog that was like my own dog, had to go in as an emergency vet visit because we didn't know what was wrong with her but knew it was something serious. At first they were very nice and informative on pricing and such, then they go run the tests on the baby girl (who was 7 mind you) and then come back in there and basically tell us that we needed to go to UGA because she needed more care than their $500 cutoff limits, which to me is crazy. I get you have to make a living but these are people's family members you're talking about... now unbeknownst to them before they came back into the room we could kind of hear how they were saying they didn't think she was going to make it just by what the tests said.. then come in there to tell us to rush her to UGA because she needed specialists and such. Well... get about 20 mins from UGA and she passed, in the back of the car, couldn't pay her attention because we were rushing to get her there. Now I'm not a vet or even vet tech nor have I ever worked in the veterinary field but I do know that if I was in that field, if I even had the SLIGHTEST hint that it was basically the end for ANY pet, I wouldn't send them on a long trip to UGA knowing that the fluid around the lungs and kidneys was blood, which from what UGA said, when you do those tests you can see it's blood, not just some fluid. So very disappointed in that. Also, when they first said something about the tests prices they neglected to tell us about 2 extra charges and what they were for until we went to go pay.. and still didn't tell us what the 2 extra charges were for... just stated it was going to be about 70 bucks more.. and at the time, yes, had questions but was too in a hurry to try to get babygirl to UGA, like they stated we should do... just for her to pass in the car on the way down there... just seems to me it's all about money and not about the welfare of animals or even how it'll affect their owners.. which i am already heartbroken because of her passing and the way she passed but it's even more heartbreaking to know that it's not about the animals welfare or their humans. Like I have stated before, I understand you have to make a living... but at the expense of owners heartbreak just seems a bit much to me. They would have gotten a wayy better review if they would have just been the doctors I thought they were before we went in there and been completely honest instead of sending us on a trip that was for nothing... after almost $500 there, for nothing. Sincerely, a heartbroken dog parent.
