The best experience I’ve ever had in 30 years of taking my dog to the vet. The office is very clean. Office staff is super friendly. They took time to listen to every concern. My dog, who is usually quite dramatic at the vet was lying in the middle of the exam room floor. Dr was able to do exam without any issues ( impossible at my last vet). It was an extraordinary experience. Thank you Dr. Kandle, Gabby and the front staff for making it such a pleasurable experience. Experience, professionalism, and kindness was above and beyond.

This is the only vet I trust my dogs to. They care about their patients. I have three dogs. Mia, Winchester and Snickers and all of them willingly go there to get things done. Sometimes Mia has to go to a different vet on their referral for a more major surgery or something and she gets afraid of those places and is hard to get her to cooperate. She is a mastiff, not a small dog. Here, she goes in willingly and I think would just go home with any of their staff. Lol. It's like who cares about Mom, there's people to visit. They never push unnecessary meds and they take a holistic approach to caring for our dogs. Not your regular conventional vet. I am so glad they stayed open when they lost their second vet. I love the vet there and all of the staff are really friendly, helpful and good with our pets. This is the only vet in the area I trust to care for my dogs.

Id like to issue a formal apology to Clayton Vet. I honestly had a full mental break this month. I had just gotten some really bad news and it came out in the wrong place. I was just feeling like everyone and everything was against me that day. I'm human and I made a mistake out of a place of deep hurt and frustration and I hope you can find it in you hearts to understand and forgive my transgression. My mom has been a Customer for 5 years and i have even recommended your service to others. I have never had an issue with the staff here before and wouldn't ever let it happen again. I'm sorry again.

Exceptional service! I’ve been coming here for a while and today I brought my dog in for dental extractions and was thoroughly impressed. Literally all the staff was friendly, Dr Kandle, Sam and Cindy were so kind and compassionate and made me feel at ease with leaving her there for a procedure. They never made me feel bad about the state of her mouth, and reassured me she would be much healthier and happier after the procedure. Thank you Sam for being patient with me as I cried, and answering all my questions and doing the dental work. Dr Kandle, thank you for calling me letting me know how the procedure went and for calming my nerves. I have full confidence that my dog is safe with you, and you all love on her like she’s your own, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you!

They never call you back or call the pharmacy when they say they will. I had a question about my dogs prednisone ( prednisone is NOT something you fool around with.) and the vet never returned my call. Had to call back 6 days later and was told that she had gone away for vacation the day after i called. So Im guessing my message just went in the trash can and I never would have received an answer to my question if I hadn’t called back. We had another situation in which prescription for prednisone was not called in when they said they would. Third and final situation- I called this past Friday morning to ask for a refill for my dog’s prescription, because we discovered that day when we got back from vacation that we didn’t have it, we must have somehow left it behind. I was told theyd call me back if there was an issue. Pharmacy also called them for the renewal. Told them I needed it before the weekend and guess what? They never called it in. So I have no medication for my dog. There is only one vet in the office and apparently she’s too busy to answer messages or ok prescription renewals. We will NEVER go back.
