Although I've seen many high reviews about doctor Clayton. Her word is no good, There were Puppies surrendered to her. I called The day That they were surrendered and asked for one of those puppies. I was told that I would be first in line for one. They were just waiting for Clearance. They never notified me Even after calls made to them To check if the puppy was Ready. I was still assured that the puppy was mine . Today I was told that doctor Clayton decided that she was gonna keep Them all and not to worry, they went to a good home. Well i'm sorry I would've offered a good home too. What she and her staff did was unexceptable and unprofessional.

Welcome to Clayton Barbara MD
Welcome to the introduction of Clayton Barbara MD, a veterinary service located at 1431 County Rd 83, Pine Plains, NY 12567, USA. Operating within the platform category of "Pet Hospital," Clayton Barbara MD offers veterinary care for your animal companions. You can contact them at (518) 398-9878 or +1 518-398-9878 for inquiries or to schedule appointments.
Based on the limited customer reviews available, experiences with Clayton Barbara MD appear to be somewhat varied. One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with their interaction regarding the adoption of surrendered puppies. According to this review, despite being assured they would be first in line for a puppy and consistently checking on their availability, they were ultimately informed that Dr. Clayton had decided to keep all the puppies. The reviewer felt that this was "unacceptable and unprofessional," as they believed they would have also provided a good home. This account raises concerns about communication and the handling of potential adoptions.
In contrast, another reviewer offered a more positive perspective on Dr. Clayton's veterinary skills, stating that "Dr. Clayton is and always has been awesome." However, this reviewer also noted that pet owners seeking personal attention for themselves during their pet's visit might not find it here, as Dr. Clayton "can be short and to the point with people." This suggests a focus primarily on the animals' well-being, which the reviewer acknowledged by saying, "it's clear she all about the animals." This reviewer ultimately recommended Dr. Clayton to anyone in need of a veterinarian.
Considering these two reviews, it's challenging to definitively characterize the environment and typical services without more comprehensive information. However, we can infer that the primary focus is on the medical care of animals. The positive review highlights Dr. Clayton's veterinary competence, suggesting that services such as examinations, diagnoses, and treatments are likely provided. The mention of surrendered puppies implies involvement in animal welfare to some extent, although the negative review casts doubt on the professionalism of related communications.
Regarding the features of this veterinary service, one apparent characteristic, based on the second review, is a direct and perhaps less personalized communication style with pet owners, prioritizing attention towards the animals. The positive aspect of this feature is the perceived dedication to animal health. Conversely, the negative review points to potential issues with communication and reliability in certain situations, particularly those involving animal adoptions.
Without further information, it is difficult to detail the full range of services offered. Typically, a "Pet Hospital" provides services such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, sick visits, and potentially surgical and diagnostic procedures. Given that this is a medical doctor (MD), it is reasonable to assume that medical treatments for animals are a core part of the practice. However, the extent of surgical capabilities, specialized treatments, or preventative care cannot be determined solely from the provided reviews.
Similarly, there is no information available regarding any promotional offers at Clayton Barbara MD. It is common for veterinary practices to occasionally offer promotions, especially for new clients or specific services. To inquire about any such offers, you would need to contact them directly using the provided phone number.
In summary, Clayton Barbara MD in Pine Plains, NY, appears to be a veterinary service where the focus is strongly on the animals' health, according to one reviewer who praises Dr. Clayton's skills. However, another reviewer reported a negative experience concerning communication and commitments related to surrendered puppies. Potential clients should be aware of these contrasting perspectives. To gain a clearer understanding of the services offered, the environment of the clinic, and any current promotions, it is recommended to contact Clayton Barbara MD directly.
