My dog has had annual checkups and a surgery there. I just want to say thank you their friendly staff for their amazing service. They saved my dog’s life and they did so in a timely, professional and delicate manner. I’m so impressed by them every time we come in, they are reasonable, professional, and above all very caring. I thank you with my whole heart!

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but our experience with this clinic was so stressful and bad. Our 10-year-old dog has a serious, complex, and sudden GI problem that Claus was unwilling or unable to properly diagnose, and did not take seriously. This place has such great reviews; I was hopeful they'd be experts that care about your pet's health, but it honestly felt like they were just doing the bare minimum to get through a transaction. I understand that for all the questions and concerns we had, there are countless other owners with pets that need their attention. But it honestly felt like they were just brushing us off while we were watching our dog waste away. Our poor pup's been through a lot in the past month so for brevity's sake, here are some things I've experienced and why I'd avoid taking your pet here: The doctor told us that our dog's sudden, bloody, mucus-covered diarrhea was due to stress. After an urgent care visit for inappetence and whimpering, they ignored the urgent care's recommendation for next steps of getting an ultrasound and a GI panel. When we asked for advice on how to get our dog to eat since the Entyce wasn't working anymore, the doctor advised that we continue using Entyce...(another vet has told us that Entyce loses effectiveness after 4 days of use, not sure why Claus didn't inform us of this). A vet tech on the phone told to force feed our dog if she wasn't eating. We were lucky to get five minutes with the doctor - she was either not in, or busy, or had just stepped out when we called. We were often told she would call us back in a few hours and she never did. They held on to fecal analysis result for almost a week without telling us, according to our dog's medical records. They tried to give us medication for a dog named Cowboy - our dog's name is Molly. Because of this, I'm almost certain that they mixed up Molly's stool sample in a similar manner and incorrectly diagnosed her with Giardia, but there's no way to know for certain. We've taken Molly to a more competent vet that recognized the urgency of her situation and took the appropriate steps to get a correct diagnosis and treatment plan from a specialist. Molly's finally eating again and getting the help she desperately needed. But we wasted our time (and money) and, worst of all, prolonged Molly's suffering by taking her to Claus Paws.

They are always very kind and helpful towards my elderly dog. I called one morning for an emergency appointment and they were able to get him in within just a few hours of my call. I was crying on the hospital room floor with my dog and our vet sat with us on the floor for the exam. I really appreciated that the vet met me & zorro on our level. Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough!
