Dr. Martof is absolutely wonderful! She has amazing bedside manner and was able to quickly gain the trust of our incredibly anxious cat. She is very knowledgeable and made going to the vet an enjoyable experience.

useless service and drained my bank account for no reason. my mini labradoodle has been having a slight limp whenever he would sit for a long time and this has been a problem since mid-december. after observing his limp for a month, we decided to take him to the vets at pet vet for a look. they kept him all day and took an x-ray only to tell us that it was because of his weight and that he needed to lose it and he should be fine, and sent us off with a $375 bill, a nutrition guide, and some pain meds. not even 4 days later, my dog ran after a fox beyond our houses fence, and when he stopped we noticed he wasn’t putting his foot down at all. and after giving him the prescribed pain meds accordingly, after a day we called pet vet again and got an appointment for the next day. but this time, the vet, just by touching the leg area, said he tore his ligament and might need surgery. they insisted on another x-ray and observation, and when we came to pick him up again, they slapped us with a $400+ bill, for something they could’ve told us the week before, before things got worse. after arguing, they finally reduced the bill to $365. all of this happened in the span of 6 days, and they basically robbed us and now my dog is in even more pain than he was before.

New customer too Pet Vet. The receptionist was incredibly rude and very unhelpful, and was talking down to me. Can buy on line at Petco for $80.00. This is also bad for the stomach of your dog. The DR. did not ask if my dog had stomach problems. Bill was $443.34 For Allergies. The receptionist was incredibly rude and very unhelpful, and was talking down on me. She was unwilling to see that our dogs medication records needed to be updated, and we ultimately had to switch vets because of how rude she was. Do not bring your pets here.

CJ at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She can give you any recommendations for over the counter stuff and makes sure you always have any info you need. All of the vets I’ve taken my babies to have been fantastic. My one dog is picky to say the least and I appreciate their compassion, kindness, and diligence.
