Really appreciate the love and care these staff members give to my boy! Their communication is excellent and they are very understanding with pricing! The first non judgmental vet I’ve ever been to! My boy has been very sick and they have made sure to check in with him and has been open to have him slide in the schedule. The vet techs are very personable and openly love my baby. They are clean and patient with Max (he’s very anxious). I highly recommend! Our bill was getting pretty high due to all the tests he needed so they drained his urine for free (idk what that’s called lol) bc he was having a lot of urinary issues. He was diagnosed with Lyme disease and instead of the vet instantly saying we should put him down, he has put him on an affordable treatment plan and did not give up on my boy! You can truly tell the techs and vet truly love and care for every animal like it’s their own!

Clarksville Animal Clinic Introduce

Welcome to Clarksville Animal Clinic, your local Pet Hospital located at 1998 Sunset Meadows Way, Clarksville, TN 37042, USA. You can reach us at (931) 500-7297 or via mobile at +1 931-500-7297. At Clarksville Animal Clinic, we are dedicated to providing quality veterinary care for your beloved pets. Our team strives to create a supportive and understanding environment for both you and your animal companions.

Based on feedback from several clients, our staff is highly regarded for their love and care towards pets. One pet owner expressed, "Really appreciate the love and care these staff members give to my boy! I highly recommend!" This review highlights the excellent communication, non-judgmental approach, and the personable nature of our vet techs, as well as their patience with anxious animals.

Another client shared a story about the financial consideration and dedication to their pet's health: "Our bill was getting pretty high due to all the tests he needed so they drained his urine for free (idk what that’s called lol) bc he was having a lot of urinary issues. He was diagnosed with Lyme disease and instead of the vet instantly saying we should put him down, he has put him on an affordable treatment plan and did not give up on my boy!" This indicates a willingness to work with pet owners on pricing and a commitment to pursuing treatment options rather than immediate euthanasia.

The sentiment of genuine care for animals is echoed by another reviewer who stated, "You can truly tell the techs and vet truly love and care for every animal like it’s their own!"

However, it's important to present a balanced view. One customer had a less positive experience, mentioning limitations due to staffing: "I just took my 12 year old shih tzu there, without an appointment, and was turned away because there is only one veterinarian on staff. The worst part was the receptionist’s personality, which was zero. Even though I’m about a quarter mile away with 3 dogs and 3 cats, we won’t be going there anytime soon. And the parking lot is awful large for such few customers." This suggests that staffing levels might sometimes affect the clinic's ability to accommodate walk-in appointments and that there may be inconsistencies in customer service at the front desk.

Our Environment

While specific details about the clinic's interior are not heavily described, one positive review mentions that the clinic is "clean," which is an essential aspect of a veterinary hospital environment. The comment about a "awful large" parking lot for the apparent number of customers doesn't directly speak to the interior environment but might suggest ease of access. Overall, we strive to maintain a clean and comfortable setting for your pets' care.

As a retired Army Colonel, and a guy with a Master’s in Business Administration, I wish you the best of luck!

Finding the right clinic to take your fur babies can be hard especially being new to the area, but the Clarksville Animal clinic is truly one of a kind. The clinic is clean and also very warm and welcoming. What makes this place so special is everyone who works there. I brought my best friend of 13 years who sadly needed to cross to the rainbow bridge and everyone there was so compassionate and kind to me. Dr. Sykes was knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful, Tatum, her kindness and care helped so much when it came time to say goodbye to my boy, and Savannah, her thoughtfulness and creativity gave me one last good memory of Achilles showing off all of his best features. You can tell everyone here truly cares and goes above and beyond. Thank you again for taking care of my best friend and helping me say goodbye.

They have taken such wonderful care of all our animals! We had to say goodbye to our girl and they were so incredibly kind, and attentive. They adore our other animals and whenever we need something they are available. Dr. Sykes always answers our questions in detail (and even some weird ones I ask) and gives great care no matter the reason we are there. Each person on staff is wonderful!! We love them and everyone there is amazing!

The best ever. We moved to Florida and we have not found a caring vet. and staff like Dr. Sykes and his staff. He has been taking care of our babies for a very long time. I would recommend anyone who needs a good Veterinarian, go to Dr. Sykes…
