There isn’t enough words to express the gratitude I have for this clinic. We have an 8 year old retriever who has had a shoulder injury for years that left her nearly capable of walking. We had been established with two different vets throughout her life and felt like neither clinic truly cared. We felt hopeless and truly heartbroken for our dog. We felt like she was dying a painfully slow death (makes me cry thinking about it). Thankfully some of our family suggested this clinic, they got me in contact with Ryan and the next day Ryan had booked for an appointment. We met with Dr. Gerber, who was just so attentive, kind, extremely compassionate, super knowledgeable and spent QUALITY time with us! Our dog was so relaxed with him, no stress or anxiety and was happy to be in his presence. He gave us the right solutions to treat our dog and within a month her injury was gone. She is now walking MILES everyday, running, swimming, traveling and hiking with us without a single limp or discomfort. She is smiling and is in pure bliss! This clinic was an act of God for our dog and our lives. We will never use any other veterinary clinics and I highly advise this be the case for everyone! The staff is just as caring, nurturing, knowledgeable and compassionate. They love, and they love with all their hearts! This place has lost the Quality of service and pet care since they have been sold and now are CORPORATE. We have been going here for years bringing all our past pets and recent pets here. I just don't feel they care. They just care about taking your money , they don't even do a full evaluation of your pet. The last visit here the doctor stood against the counter with their arms crossed never checking my animal and literally just stood there talking the whole time. They left the room and the next thing we knew was someone coming in to collect a payment with a very smug attitude. Time to find a new vet!!

I called many places and tried a couple of them, and after encountering crazy overpricing and bad experiences, I finally feel that my lil dog who is so scared of the vet and needs sedation for grooming, has finally found a great place to be groomed and taken care of. The staff is sweet and professional. Chris is the best groomer for my rescue dog, he pays attention to details and make it look fabulous. Plus, the pricing is affordable; we pay $142, all included. I feel confident to go there and good without worries when I go picking him up.

Overall great experience! My small dog is 14 years old with minimal issues but I loved how they took the time to address all my concerns and worked with her anxiety. The doctor throughly went through best ways to keep her happy and healthy. Previously went to the same vet for years “Banfield” they were always so challenging to get anything done and there was always marked up on unneeded treatment. Very happy with this clinic they truly care about your pet and made getting an appointment seamless. You can tell the whole staff loves what they do.
