Dr. Clanton is the best. Not only is he brilliant with complex veterinary cases, but he is also the best surgeon around. I swear his suturing rivals that of some plastic surgeons I have seen. His veterinary technicians, Danielle and Angie, are also next-level. They practice the highest level of evidence-based practice and have saved many of my fur babies. Not to mention, the girls at the front desk will take care of you like family. I cannot praise this clinic enough. If you love your animals, this is hands down the best place in northeastern Alabama.

I took my fur baby to Clanton Animal Hospital yesterday. She had a flea collar on that was overdue to be changed, but I hadn't been able to cut it off. They made her an appointment. P J is usually shy and afraid of people she doesn't know. I expected that it would take two or three of their staff to get the job done. I was very pleasantly surprised!!! Danielle immediately won her over with gentle words and a snack.😺 P J was at ease, did fine being weighted, let Danielle carefully cut the collar off (with a tool, they have, that I did not). P J even let Danielle hold and pet her afterward, before putting her back in the car carrier! That was highly unusual for her! This cat Mom was very pleased with P J's positive experience! I definitely recommend Clanton Animal Hospital and plan to take P J back again in the future!😀

These guys have my heart. I called around 11:30AM on a Friday morning and they got me in at 2PM that same day. They are super understanding, sweet people. In and out within an hour, despite the fact that I was 15 mins late 🫣 good with my dog too! Highly recommend

On August 6th I had to put my little my Matthias down he was throwing up constantly had diarrhea last year never could find out what was wrong with him he got down to 6 lb and never got no better only thing I wish they could have figured out what was wrong with my little dog I know he was 15 years and a half years old but he was such a precious little thing I just wish I knew what made him so sick and losing so much weight and throwing up so much but now he's in heaven and no more pain my disclosed to Veterinary to get you some answers that's all

Dr. Clanton and Dr. Ryan have been wonderful. Cheryl the vet tech is amazing with even the most difficult dog. You can tell everyone including the receptionist, love animals. Very kind people, who are very compassionate. I have never felt like they are too busy for me and they always answer my millions of questions.
