CJ Haase Veterinary and Immunological Services

For many years I brought my pets to CJ Haase Veterinary, I always felt as though they would advocate for my animals and give the best care possible. The vet techs, administrative staff and doctors were always wonderful. However, my most recent experience has changed my mind. There was a lack of compassion from multiple staff members and very little follow up from the doctor, even after calling to provide multiple updates on how my pet was doing. The doctor never took the time to follow up with me after the initial visit. I ended up having to say goodbye to my pet at emergency vet clinic a week after he was misdiagnosed initially at CJ Haase. Granted, that may not have been the doctors fault...the lack of follow up with me even after providing updates was not what I would have expected from this clinic in the past. Administrative staff member that I spoke to a few times also lacked compassion and made me feel as though I was a bother. I started going to this clinic when it was smaller and since it has grown (very rapidly) I feel as though the attention and care provided has gone down hill drastically. It really is a shame, as this was the one place that I thought that I could always trust to provide my pet with the best care possible. Oh, and the email that was automatically sent to me stating "New Pet?" the day that I reported that I had to let my former pet go....was really the cherry on top of an already terrible experience.

I keep going back here because of Dr.Sherry. I have spent over $600 on my dog in the past 2 weeks, but I believe it's worth every penny. My experiences are always good. Great communication from the vet, low wait time, clean facility, and they typically get me in same day even though it costs extra.

I’ve taken my cat and dog here for a few years now. They are always straight forward with what is wrong and the cost to fix it. I have highly recommended them to family members,who drive in from the city to have their pets seen. Their practice is closed now unless you’re established or family.

Cj haase is dedicated to the well being of your best friend. The staff are the best you will find in the veterinary industry.

We like CJ Haase Vet Clinic. The Techs are always so nice and the Veterinarians are always caring. If they were open on Saturday they would get 5 stars, however it is also understandable they work long hours and can be emotionally draining and need a weekend to be with their families.
