I thought my sweet old lady had a stroke, so I brought her in to check things out. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg to determine what was wrong, the vet followed a hunch she had and free of charge- was able to determine that she had internal bleeding. My sweet girl had the gentlest send-off I could hope for. The staff was incredibly respectful, and that fact that they refused to charge me for the diagnosis really shows the character of the staff at Cityscape Vet. You can absolutely trust your pets with them. I can’t recommend enough.

Feb 03, 2025 · Lathan JerdeMy cat, Toast, ate a decent amount of green onion and once I realized this, I called cityscape. They were fully booked but they got me in anyway. Dr. Ryan gave Toast an exam and treatment between other appointments. Even with a full schedule, cityscape saved me the hassle and cost of an ER vet visit and Toast is doing great!
Apr 08, 2025 · Rae AhrensDecided to bring my new cat here after being recommended to Dr. Ryan by my boyfriend. Dr Ryan was unfortunately not available at a time that worked with my personal schedule so I ended up seeing Dr W (I don’t even want to try to spell and butcher her last name lol). I just want to say that she was extremely kind and knowledgeable and was a great veterinarian. I would give her 5 stars. We discussed my cats dental health as part of the visit and talked about things to do to maintain healthy teeth. Eventually, the vet left and a tech came in to do my kittys blood and urine labs. When he came back with my cat, he handed me a container of dental wipes and said “doc wanted to know if you’d like to take this home to try”. I agreed. I pay, they ask if email receipt is okay, I say yes. The receipt never comes. Couple days later I get an email from the vet with my cats lab results. Turns out she has a UTI. In the email I was told that “someone from my team will reach out today” to discuss my cat’s antibiotic treatment. No one calls. I decide to take it upon myself to call and I’m met with a young woman who came across incredibly rude over the phone. Trying to get ANY information from her was like pulling teeth, where each response was delivered with a tone that implied that I couldn’t be stupider or more of an inconvenience for asking. Later in the day I make my way over to pick up the antibiotics and I’m once again asked if an email receipt is okay. I very politely requested a paper receipt since I didn’t get one last time. Then I asked if it was possible to go back retroactively and get a receipt from my visit two days prior where I was challenged and asked if I was really sure I gave them the correct email. Like, OBVIOUSLY YES? HOW ELSE WOULD I HAVE BOOKED THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. HOW ELSE WOULD I HAVE SENT IN HER RECORDS. HOW ELSE WOULD I HAVE BEEN IN CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE VET. I digress…after receiving the paper receipts for both visits I see I was charged an extra $25 for the mf dental wipes. Perhaps this was dumb of me to agree to initially but when you say things like “the doc wanted to know if you wanted to try these” it makes it come across like this is wrapped in with the service I’m already paying for. If you’re going to upsell your customers who already pay out the ass to take care of their pets, you should do business with integrity and be upfront about additional charges, especially when it’s for a product that I could buy on Amazon for half the price. I’ll take my cat somewhere else. Just thought potential patients should know they will hide costs and the desk staff is incredibly rude.
Feb 24, 2025 · Erika Mitchell-AllanI took my elderly dog to Dr wolf, who advised me that my dog was in heart failure and prescribed a diuretic. She supposedly offered me a radiograph, which I dont remember her offering. Even if she did, I had no clue that a radiograph was nothing more than an x ray, which i would have done, if it had been explained what it was. I even asked the vet tech how the Dr determined heart failure by just listening to the heart, as it didn't make sense that she could determine that without further testing. Needless to say, the dog did not get better, so I had called them on Saturday, and Dr on duty, wouldn't do anything for him, because she hadn't seen him. So Sunday morning, I took him to urgent care, at another vet, where xrays were done, and he was not in heart failure. So Dr wolf prescribed drugs for something he did not have, did not explain that we should do xrays, to determine what's going on. If she did say radiograph she assumed I knew what that meant. (Still dont remember her, even saying that) It was a very disappointing experience and my dog paid the price. I absolutely would not recommend this vet
