City Way Animal Clinics - Fountain Square

If I could give them ten stars I would probably give them twelve! My dog was having a life threatening infection of the uterus and I had been told I needed five thousand upfront (another veterinarian) for the procedure! No payment plan or down payment to save my dogs life. I was sent home to basically watch her in pain until I could get the money together or she dies. This was a Saturday of course so all places were closed. I had taken my dog, Isabella, to City Way just a few months prior and had a good experience so I called them left a message to call me first thing on Monday. Sure enough they called at 7 am Monday. They had told me the surgery would be 2500.00 which I didn't have that to pay either and I begged for them to let me work something out. The girl was super nice but told me there wasn't anything they could do without the money. We hung up and probably half hour she called back and said the vet told her if I had a deposit then they could get her in for Surgery the next day. They saved my sweet baby girl and we worked out a pay arrangement. Too me that shows the staff really cares about the animal and being that she would have died without this surgery they helped when they didn't have too. I'll be forever grateful. My dog is back to her normal self and we didn't have to spend the holidays mourning our pet. I will never be able to express my gratitude for this but I will tell everyone I know with a pet that City Way staff and Dr Crow are amazing! Thank you again ladies.

Our pups have gone to City Way Fountain Square since they joined our family. Both pups love going to their appointments, even if there are shots involved, there are always tails wagging. As a first time pet owner, I have had so many questions and everyone there gets my questions answered thoroughly and always with a smile. I am so pleased with the services we receive and the team. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of our four legged family members.

I been taken my Siberian Husky to them since he was 4 months old,and he will be 2 years July 21,and they have be nothing,but excellent in taking care of Cayden,and he really loves them.And,I really appreciate them taking really good care of him ❤️🐾🐶. You guys are great,and Cayden just loves you all.

Absolutely love this vet. The staff are all very kind and are always so helpful! Dr. Crow has been awesome as well; she's the veterinarian for both of my kitties and has given tons of helpful advice and treatment.

City Way Fountain Square is our new veterinarian clinic. My little dog is usually quite anxious and our first visit followed up an injury. I found the staff very caring, attentive and the exam rooms are open and put you & your pet at ease. My dog benefited from the pheromone diffusers too becoming less anxious after our arrival . Shout out to Lisa and to Miracle, who listened and answered my questions, then helped us with new patient intake, getting our records transferred and making us feel so welcomed on our arrival. I feel confident Bru will receive the care at City Way he needs to live his best life . I’m very excited that they will be opening an urgent care office on Mass Ave as well!
