City By The Sea Veterinary

Cannot say rave enough about City By The Sea Vet! They are incredible, each and every single staff member! Front desk, techs, vets and all in between. They always make it welcoming and are so sweet to my Leo who can be difficult and nervous almost always. They are always so kind and gentle. They also are incredibly thorough with visits and procedures. I would recommend anyone to go here. They go the extra step and genuinely really care for your pet. 12/10, great great place! Shoutout Dr Kasten for Leo’s recent dental procedure, she was amazing!

There are not enough ways to describe how wonderful City by the Sea is. I was so excited when their sign first went up that there was a vet coming to town. I was there during their first week and I knew they were special. Dr Tom is the most incredible vet I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, empathetic and truly has provided excellent care for both my rescue bulldogs. He takes the time to explain things clearly. Karen is truly one of the kindest and most authentic people I have met. She also always makes time for people and loves all the pets so much. The whole team is wonderful and I (and Maggie and Lola) are very grateful for them ! 🐶❤️

I had been using a VCA hospital for my greyhounds care but when I moved to Asbury I figured I would try this practice. I was not disappointed at all. They took my greyhound in for an initial appointment and did a thorough exam. Unfortunately the next day my other greyhound who was much older took a turn for the worse. (We had been in and out of RBVH for the past month.) I decided it would be best to consider helping her cross the rainbow bridge. The doctors at City by the Sea did a thorough exam to ease my worries about whether this was a sound decision. I was ensured that at 12 years old Piper had a great life and was not a sure fire candidate for the surgeries she would require to address her spinal and intracranial disease. They helped me Make the decision to allow Piper to cross the rainbow bridge peacefully. Afterwards they called me when Pipers ashes were ready and even put together a sample of pipers hair and a beautiful rainbow rock. This vet is not pushy, or $ motivated. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and fully intend to patron City by the Sea for all of my canines as long as I live in the area! ❤️

Can't say enough about how much everyone here has helped us. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with. Even when we had an emergency at another hospital, they found out and reached out to us to see if they can help in any way. We don't trust anyone else with our dogs' health.

Went there today for an introductory visit/check-up/second-opinion. Dr. Stafford is phenomenal. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. Yasmine (sp?) was so kind and helpful. I didn't know what to expect going to a new vet that was closer to my house, but I was blown away by the approach, knowledge share, and recommended steps for my dog. It's great to have City by the Sea as a closer option if the need arrives.
