If I could give 0 stars I would. My fur baby got ran over, I rushed her in there hoping this hospital could help my dog and he MADE ME WAIT just to tell me no he couldn’t help me, they weren’t a “ hospital “ and I needed to go elsewhere. She was bleeding and having trouble breathing and even then he didn’t try to at least take a look and try to do SOMETHING. He sent me out. Heartbreaking and unbelievable.

Based on the provided customer reviews, there is a stark contrast in experiences. One review expresses extreme dissatisfaction, stating that the hospital refused to provide immediate care for a severely injured dog, allegedly claiming they were not equipped as a "hospital." This review raises serious concerns about the level of emergency care and initial assessment provided in critical situations.

Conversely, another review offers high praise for the doctor, describing them as "excellent and very kind" and noting the cost as "very reasonable." This positive feedback suggests that some clients have had very satisfactory experiences with the care provided at Circle City Animal Hospital, particularly highlighting the doctor's demeanor and the affordability of services.

It is important for local users to consider both perspectives when evaluating Circle City Animal Hospital. The negative review points to a potentially critical lack of emergency support in at least one instance, which could be a significant concern for pet owners facing urgent medical situations. On the other hand, the positive review indicates that routine care and the doctor's interactions have been well-received by at least one client, with cost being a notable positive aspect.

Without further information or a larger sample of reviews, it is challenging to form a comprehensive and fully objective assessment of Circle City Animal Hospital. Potential local users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence. This could involve contacting the hospital directly to inquire about their services, emergency protocols, and pricing structures. Visiting the facility in person, if possible, can also provide valuable insight into the environment and the interactions with staff.

When choosing a "Pet Hospital" for their beloved animals, local users in Corona, CA, will likely prioritize factors such as the range of services offered, the quality of medical care, the compassion and expertise of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the facility, the affordability of services, and the availability of emergency care. It is recommended to inquire specifically about the hospital's capabilities in handling emergency situations, especially given the concerning feedback in one of the reviews.

In conclusion, Circle City Animal Hospital, located in Corona, CA, operates within the "Pet Hospital" category and can be contacted at (951) 737-7912. While one customer review raises significant concerns about emergency care, another praises the doctor's kindness and reasonable costs. Local users are advised to seek further information and consider their individual pet care needs when deciding whether Circle City Animal Hospital is the right choice for them. Great doctor. Have been with them 20 years. Super caring doctor. Has done surgery twice on our Willie. Wouldn't go anywhere else. His prices are fair. Does not do anything not necessary. Have had two more surgeries. Would trust no one else as much Thank you

I took my cat here for the first time. She’s had an unknown chronic condition. Dr. Choi was wonderful. He did a very through examination and listened carefully to her medical history. He took his time to explain the potential diagnoses, and treatment options. I felt like he really cared and showed compassion for my pet and me. I’ll be taking all my pets to him from now on.
