The best vet experience I’ve ever had. Our incredibly sweet German Shepherd, Donnie, started reacting aggressively toward his housemate. It was incredibly random and sudden. From my spontaneous call to the Vets office, to him being completely neutered was 21 hours. Absolutely phenomenal service. And beyond that, the entire staff is incredibly courteous and compassionate. Truly, I’m blown away by their practice. I can’t recommend them enough!! We are switching to them for long term care, even though our current vet is a lot closer! Plus, they are open on the weekend, which is awesome!

I have been bringing my little pomchi, Teddy, to Church Road Animal Hospital for almost four years and recently started bringing my newly adopted chihuahua-terrier mix, Tsuki. This family-owned small business, run by Drs. Navdeep and Ritu Sharma, provides a level of care that feels personal and heartfelt—something you don’t often find with larger, commercialized services like Banfield or VCA. The facilities are always spotless, parking is convenient, and the staff are not only professional but also genuinely compassionate. As a naturally anxious pet owner, I especially appreciate the trust I can place in the team here. Whether Teddy needs anesthesia for teeth cleaning or x-rays, I know he’s in capable and caring hands. I’ve been a loyal client for years, even driving 40 miles one way—80 miles round trip, plus tolls—because the care my pets receive at CRAH is unmatched. We’ve tried other places, but the exceptional expertise and service here make every mile worth it. Teddy and Tsuki couldn’t be in better hands! I’ve also never had any issues with access to medical records. They have always immediately uploaded their medical history and email our clinical notes after. Their online portal is also very convenient where I can book appointments, check the pups’ vaccine status, and information. Pricing is also transparent where they provide the cost breakdown prior to administering at the time of the appointment. We brought our fur-baby here for teeth cleaning after receiving a crazy estimate from our current vet. We went from an extra mortgage payment to $1k less coming here. Dr. Sharma and staff were great to work with. They answered our questions with patience and I appreciate the personal touch for pup’s goodie bag going home. Our pup is recovering well from anesthesia and happy on her pain meds. We’re definitely coming back for future vet needs!

I highly recommend Church Road Animal Hospital to anyone. The staff and Dr. Sharma are very professional and efficient. I usually get to see the doctor on the same day or within a few days of calling. My dog is very shy and tends to leap off the table, but Dr. Sharma knows how to make my dog feel comfortable. Dr. Sharma doesn't hesitate to examine my dog, and the best way to handle my dog is by not hesitating (any hesitation makes my dog nervous). I really appreciate that. Additionally, I only visit Dr. Sharma for the IHC (International Health Certificate) when traveling. The process and requirements can be very nerve-wracking. However, Dr. Sharma always responds to my emails or calls quickly and works with me until everything is completed. I will continue to trust Church Road Animal Hospital for all my pet's needs and would recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I wish I had known about this phenomenonal practice four years ago when I adopted my dog. Everything about my visit was top notch. The offices are immaculate, quiet, and serene. The staff at the front desk are welcoming, polite, and gracious. The practice exudes professionalism. Dr Sharma was very impressive and he managed to address a problem my dog has had for some years in less than 60 seconds — a problem that other vets had struggled with and eventually gave up on. I cannot express how pleased I am to have finally found a vet I can trust.
