We are from Canada, I am so thankful that we found this veterinary clinic and the wonderful Dr. BEEBE, she helped our 4 year old with a hooded vulva, whereas in Canada all they wanted to do was put her on a prescription diet. I knew that was not an option. Our girl has not had a UTI now since before December and free and clear of all the crystals!! The surgery performed was just simply beautiful. I am so relieved and happy for her angry at our vets here thou. Thankful I did my research!!

I use Brandi for my dog's grooming. She is great with her grooming and she is great with my hyper Shih Tzu Chihuahua mix. We get a senior discount which is great for us. If you have a dog who needs to be groomed this is the place to take you beloved pet. The people there are the best in handling your pet.

Excellent grooming and very quick service for dropping off two dogs. Everybody that I talked with while I was there were extremely nice and professional. I especially like the fact that there was a dog area outside that I can let my pups run a little before walking them inside.

We took a tour of the facility in anticipation of leaving our puppy during the Spring Break holiday and found the place to be clean. We left strict instructions to feed our dog 3X a day. We paid $7 per text message to receive updates on our dog. The texts were generic and we found it was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone to answer the phone. We made the attempt 3 times before finally reaching someone. The business lacks the proper resourcing to conduct basic rhythm of business, let alone manage their contracted obligations. The second text we paid for stated that our dog ate all her breakfast and dinner. We texted right away asking if she had lunch. The next day we received a response sharing a list of reasons the employee was too busy to feed our dog on the correct schedule. Completely unacceptable for a dog boarding facility to fail to provide the most basic needs when that’s exactly what they are being paid for. When we picked up our dog there was no apology or acknowledgement of the incident, although it would not have made a difference. Please do not take your dog here if you expect their basic needs to be met. They lost both our boarding and veterinary business.

I called because my cat couldn't urinate and they took him in asap and gave him great care! I left with medicine I wasn't able to give him and they wrote a prescription for a pill form instead and gave him another great check up. The staff were all friendly and fast. I didn't have to wait long. I would recommend!
