Great vet clinic! I took 2 seven week old sick puppies to them for an emergency visit without an appointment and they were wonderful with them. I like that the Dr is conservative with his approach and only does necessary tests and treatments (vet care can be expensive)! We will definitely make this our vet of choice with all of our animals from on.

Based on the glowing reviews from pet owners, Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital appears to be an exceptional choice for veterinary care in Las Vegas. One reviewer specifically praises the clinic for their wonderful handling of an emergency visit for two young, sick puppies, even without a prior appointment. They also appreciate the doctor's conservative approach to treatment, focusing on necessary tests and procedures, which is particularly valued in managing the often-high costs of vet care. This suggests a practice that prioritizes the well-being of the animals and the financial considerations of their owners. Another reviewer shares a starkly positive comparison to another local vet, highlighting the personalized care and efficient service at Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital. They emphasize not being treated like just a number and the significant lack of long wait times, which they had experienced elsewhere. The reviewer and even their daughter (who lives locally) are switching their pet care to this hospital, underscoring the high level of satisfaction and trust they have in the clinic and its staff.
Considering the environment of Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital based on these reviews, we can infer a welcoming and efficient setting. The fact that they were "wonderful" with sick puppies during an emergency visit without an appointment suggests a caring and responsive atmosphere, even in stressful situations. The comparison to another clinic, where long waits and impersonal treatment were the norm, paints Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital as a place where clients feel valued and not rushed. The absence of "teenagers running the desk and all looking on their cell phones" implies a professional and attentive front staff focused on client needs. Overall, the environment seems to be one where genuine care and efficiency are prioritized, creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
In terms of services, as a Pet Hospital, Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital undoubtedly offers a range of veterinary medical services. The reviews highlight their ability to handle emergency visits effectively and provide necessary treatments for sick animals. The doctor's conservative approach suggests a focus on evidence-based medicine and avoiding unnecessary procedures, which benefits both the pet's health and the owner's wallet. Within the context of potentially offering goods for sale, similar to a pharmacy within a pet hospital, it is highly likely that Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital dispenses medications prescribed during consultations. This would include antibiotics, pain relief, and other pharmaceuticals needed for treating various illnesses and conditions. Additionally, pet hospitals commonly stock and sell preventative medications such as flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives, as well as specialized pet foods and other health-related products. Given the positive feedback and the nature of a full-service animal hospital, it is reasonable to assume that Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital provides these essential "pharmacy" goods to their clients for the convenience and well-being of their animals.
Several key features of Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital emerge from the customer feedback. Their ability to handle emergency visits with care and efficiency, even without an appointment, is a significant feature. The doctor's conservative approach to treatment, focusing on necessary care and cost-consciousness, is highly valued by pet owners. The personalized care, where clients feel like more than just a number, and the efficient service with minimal wait times are also standout features compared to other veterinary experiences. The professional and attentive staff further contribute to a positive client experience. From a "pharmacy" perspective within the hospital, a key feature would be the likely availability of prescribed medications and potentially other pet health-related goods on-site, ensuring that pet owners can easily obtain the treatments and preventatives their animals require directly from a trusted source.
Currently, the provided information does not include any specific promotional details for Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital. Pet hospitals sometimes offer introductory discounts for new clients, wellness plans that include bundled services and products (potentially including medications), or seasonal promotions on specific treatments or preventative care items. Local users interested in any potential promotions or new client specials are advised to contact the hospital directly or check their website or social media channels, if available. Inquiring about their policies on medication dispensing and the availability of preventative products might also be beneficial for those looking for a comprehensive pet care provider with on-site pharmacy-like services.
In conclusion, Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada, appears to be an exceptional pet hospital that likely extends its services to include the dispensing of medications and potentially the sale of other pet health-related goods, effectively functioning as a convenient "pharmacy" within the veterinary setting. The overwhelmingly positive reviews highlight their wonderful and caring staff, efficient service, and a doctor who prioritizes necessary and cost-conscious treatment. Local users seeking a veterinary hospital that combines excellent medical care with a personalized and efficient approach should strongly consider Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital. While specific details about their full range of goods for sale and any current promotions would require direct inquiry, the strong positive feedback suggests a reliable and highly recommended partner in their pet's health and well-being.

Apr 08, 2025 · K WA wonderful experience compared to my daughter's vet here in Vegas. Visit a lot and will continue to come here for my dog. My daughter, which does live here is also switching. It is nice to come in and not to be treated like a number and NOT wait 2 hours after your appointment time. Have done that 3 times at my daughter's veterinarian. So many dogs and teenagers running the desk and all looking on their cell phones, while in plain view of everyone. This place is NOTHING like that. They care!
Jan 06, 2025 · Trina Perez-GuerraI absolutely love Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital. When you walk in you are greeted by the front staff who are always very sweet, happy and polite. I'm always taken back on time for my appointments and the technicians are super friendly and caring. My vet is Dr V he is always very thorough with making sure my dogs have the best care and treatment possible. He listens to all questions, comments and concerns about your pet and by doing that can give each and every animal the personal care that they need. He truly loves what he does and it shows. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend bringing your pet to have the best treatment and care possible by this amazing team.
Nov 02, 2024 · Charlette EstesI have been a loyal client of Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have seen many changes during that time. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for January 18, 2025, knowing my usual doctor would be unavailable. When I called in January for a price estimate, I was quoted $411 for a spay and just over $500 for a neuter. While their pricing was slightly higher than other places, I trusted the hospital’s reputation and wanted to ensure the best care for my dog. Upon arrival, I was informed by the assistant that the new quote was approximately $830 per dog. Dr. White, who saw us in place of my regular doctor, was dismissive when I mentioned the previous quote I had received. He looked at the computer, stated there was no record of the quoted prices, and implied I was mistaken. I asked if I would incur a charge if I chose not to proceed with the surgeries, and he assured me I wouldn’t. As I was leaving, he loudly announced, "No surgeries today." I then asked the receptionist if my regular doctor could call me, and again, doctor White annouced loudly "he out of the country but would contact me upon his return." As of today, February 11, 2025, I have not received that call. Frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution, I transferred my dogs’ records to another veterinary clinic, where they received the needed procedures at a fair price. Regrettably, I have decided to discontinue my relationship with Cheyenne Tonopah Animal Hospital..
Feb 12, 2025 · SincitytwikiThe care at Cheyenne Tonopah is always 5 star. They genuinely care about our pets! They have saved my dogs lives on more than one occasion. I highly recommend!
