Chewy Vet Care Halcyon

Dr. Pamela and the vet tech were amazing! They were so nice and were very good to my cat Leo. They made a vet visit not so scary for him and also informed us about everything and answered all our questions. The waiting area and the lobby were great! The receptionist was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Leo loved his goodie bag! Especially the cat toy! This was the best vet experience I’ve ever had and we will absolutely be returning!

After a horrible experience with the vet that shall not be named who actually told me my dog needed sedatives to receive an exam, Chewy Alpharetta was like an Angel riding down from heaven to take care of my girl Amayah. My girl was scared, in pain, and anxious. Everyone in this facility did their best to make her as comfortable and receptive as possible. They were able to diagnose and treat her within an hour with NO sedation, just love. They even gave us a goody bag with treats and a bandana along with a 50$ chewy gift card to my account!! The sweet technician made my dog a Certificate of Bravery and she is so proud of herself. Very well priced here too. I was genuinely shocked with how low our bill was compared to everything we received from this office. You can’t put a price on the comfort of your pet and this place doesn’t take advantage of that. My new primary Veterinary office!!

The new clinic looks great, and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Donnerstag is amazing to work with. She took the time to go over all our options and followed up to see how things were progressing. I cannot recommend her, the staff and the clinic enough for your veterinary needs!

This was our first visit to Chewy vet after seeing the option of local vet services pop up on the Chewy app. We were not disappointed! The facility is clean, the employees are absolutely lovely. Our vet tech Ro was fantastic with Doogie Bowser, very patient with his nervous avoidance. Dr. Donnerstag got down in the floor with us rather than putting him up on the metal table. We were not rushed at all, and the Doog got an adorable stuffed duck toy and a bag of treats in a goodie bag. Five stars for sure. I also love that their pricing is both fair and transparent online. Ro explained every charge without an ounce of pressure. The Photo Booth in the lobby is an extra nice touch. They definitely take their time with you, so hopefully that continues as they get busier. They tried their best to get a picture of Doogie smiling, but it is very difficult to catch.

AMAZING experience here. Our cat Banjo had an ear infection and our regular vet is closed on Thursdays so took him in here. Not only was their absolutely no wait and they saw us right away, they handed banjo with great care and he really loved them too. They dotted the J in banjo with a heart, gave us toys and goodies, picked out stickers that looked like our cats, and were extremely helpful and polite. I don’t even Frequently leave reviews, but they were so amazing I feel it’s only fair. Over the top 12/10, will be returning and likely switching here! Our vet was Dr. Devenish
