Chewy Vet Care Fountain Oaks

Chewy vet offered seamless and caring services for my pet. I highly recommend them. Everything is really clean, the receptionist made me tea while I was waiting, and the management, vet, and staff were amazing. My cat had 14 extractions and he was awake and happy right after surgery. They took the best care of him! Thank you, Chewy!

Visited this place a couple times for sick visit and follow up. I do like that they run tests to identify what kind of infection and give medication. But they're far pushing the more expensive medication and pushing the tests every time I visit. The Vets here are fairly young, and behave like they're the experts, but they don't have much experience, so heavily rely on testing results, necessary or unnecessary. Telling me certain cheap medication have side effects, but ALL medication have side effects!! THEY appear to be nice, but never take time to connect with my dog, only pushing me on doing the tests, or selling the Chewy products. The technician/Vet Assistant doesn't seem to care about my dog, even made her scream when doing some sampling. They're trying to make me feel my dog is not living up to the "standard". But every individual pets are different, as far as they're happy and healthy. Do they really love animals? This place reminds me some of the dentists who always trying to get you do more work and of course pay more cash. They're definitely not conservative. Charge $30 for a nail trim? My vet would do it for free, and she actually care about my dog being happy and connect with her. My dog can tell the difference too, I can tell she doesn't like these people, the place is nice and fancy though.

This was my first time at a Chewy Vet. It was an amazing experience from the moment I called to make an appointment and the girl on the phone was so friendly and was able to squeeze me a spot the same day and made sure I had plenty of time to get there as it was an hour drive for me to bring my cat in who was a stray I've been caring for 2 years and noticed her health had declined. Dr. Roger's and her assistant Larissa were the best! They gave Eve lots of treats during the exam and while they talked about the expected treatment she would need and took the time to answer any questions I had. This is the first time I've seen any of my animals feel this comfortable and loved at a vet and she was so relaxed the entire way home. ❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Rogers and Lyric during my recent visit. From start to finish, they were phenomenal! Both were incredibly calming and reassuring, not just for me but also for my dog, Phoenix. They took the time to listen thoroughly to all of my concerns and answered every question with care and patience. They were both gentle, kind, attentive, and compassionate, ensuring my dog felt comfortable throughout the entire process and going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication truly stood out, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I couldn’t recommend them more highly — thank you, Dr. Rogers and Lyric, for such a positive and stress-free visit!

First time visit after switching from a private clinic. Everyone was great! Very friendly staff, no wait time, Dr. Rogers was fantastic and took her time with both pets. It was nice to have an easy, affordable vet visit. All the pricing was transparent and there was no judgement on rejecting some of their recommended treatments. I also really love how everything is integrated with my Chewy account. The photos they grabbed of my pets, their recommendations, etc. Definitely recommend!!
