I’ve been using Cherished Companion for over eight years. They give the best care, love and compassion to our animals, as well as, to us! I would like to shout out Jennifer Murrow; My mini schnauzer will not allow anyone to hold him like a baby except for me… Not anymore! My dog really loves Jenny! I also want to thank everyone that works there, almost every technician has taken care of us and they are all Amazing!

I have been a regular customer at this location for several years, bringing my dog in for yearly check-ups, vaccines, dental work, and nail trims. Yesterday, I went in for my dog's nail trim appointment and was charged $50—double what I usually pay for a quick, two-minute service for my small dog. When I asked the front desk about the price increase, they explained it was due to a new tech fee. However, this fee was not mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. I requested a refund for the uncommunicated charge, but they refused. I'm deeply disappointed by how they handled the situation, especially given my loyalty over the years. I would caution others about this location—they overcharge and fail to communicate important changes.

We absolutely love Cherished Companions. They have loved and cared for every one of our furbabies like they were their own. They are smart, funny, will educate you, will guide through the best choice for care as needed and will love you and your family.

This place has been our vet for 10+ years. Recently you can NEVER get a same day or same week appointment. Our dog is on his death bed and NOPE still no appointments until next week. Just seems so uncaring!!!

Doctor Kelly was always great and thorough . She is no longer listed as staff here. Lost two beloved pets in recent years due to misguided advice and lackluster effort from this staff. Do not allow Dr Van to see your animals here if you don’t want them to die. Told us our dogs tumor was a bump from a collision. Refused to give accurate information or treatment options for diabetic cat. Lost them both.

Cherished Companions staff has been excellent and so helpful with getting our 3 yr. old pup , Olive, more comfortable in coming there. They took the time to let us visit several times before her real' appointment, and it seemed to help with her comfort levels☺️👍
