Mar 16, 2025 · Kay BeazleyDr Mason was wonderful . I was very concerned when I arrived, felt at ease by the end of our visit. The whole staff was so warm and accommodating. Definitely found Dexter Purrfect cat Vet . Thank you all for 🫏
May 06, 2025 · Bet RenfrewThis was a very good visit, except that my dog was in pain. The vet and her assistant were very helpful and took the time I needed to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and they were very understanding about my concerns. Dr. Mason was very helpful and her assistant was also. My dog is feeling a lot better. She’s not happy about the medications!
Apr 15, 2025 · Joyce TrainhamChenault has been there for us in some of our most desperate moments with our dogs over more than a decade. In each case they weren’t even our primary vet, but they always treated us as if we were family. In 2013, they came to us when it was time to say goodbye to our first dog. In 2023, they were there for us when one of our dogs died suddenly over a weekend. And just yesterday, they fit us in right at closing when our newest dog came down with a nasty GI bug, saving us from having to go to the emergency vet ($$$). We recently moved closer to Chenault and will likely make them our primary vet because of the great care and compassion they’ve shown us through the years. We are so grateful!
Apr 24, 2025 · D HendersonWe recently moved to New Kent, but I decided to use this vet office since my daughter brings her cats here and likes them very much. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area as well as how big it is. Dr Mason was very kind, and the vet tech that helped her was great with my Havanese who was shaking so bad from being nervous. I appreciated they could get me in same day, whereas the vet near me, I would have had to wait until the end of the week and then only be a drop off. By the end of the appointment, Poppy was calmed down, and decided she liked the vet tech and doctor.
