Dr. Baylor is a blessing. We called him when our 20 year old cat wasn’t doing well. He was available for us the next day. He was empathetic and got down by her bed where she was most comfortable. It was wonderful to let our cat pass in peace at home. He kept us and our cat in his best interest.

Welcome to Cheap Shots On Wheels

Cheap Shots On Wheels, located at 2856 S Hemlock Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311, USA, operates as a distinct and specialized "Pet Hospital" within the Green Bay area. Unlike traditional brick-and-mortar clinics, Cheap Shots On Wheels provides **mobile veterinary services**, with a significant focus on **compassionate in-home end-of-life care, particularly euthanasia**. This unique approach redefines the "Pet Hospital" category by bringing essential veterinary services directly to the pet's familiar environment, prioritizing comfort and peace during extremely sensitive times.

The core environment offered by Cheap Shots On Wheels is the **comfort and familiarity of the pet's own home**. This is a critical feature that sets it apart. During the difficult moments of saying goodbye, the ability for a pet to remain in their most comfortable and secure surroundings, free from the stress of car rides, waiting rooms, or unfamiliar clinic smells, is invaluable. Reviews consistently highlight this aspect, noting how Dr. Baylor "got down by her bed where she was most comfortable" and how it was "wonderful to let our cat pass in peace at home." This focus on a peaceful and private setting aims to minimize anxiety for the pet and maximize comfort for the grieving family.

The primary service for which Cheap Shots On Wheels is highly praised is **in-home pet euthanasia**. This service is delivered with profound empathy and understanding. Dr. Ron Baylor, the veterinarian associated with this service, is described as a "blessing" and "kind but matter-of-fact." Clients appreciate his availability, often coming out "within the hour" during emergency situations, even on weekends. The service extends beyond the procedure itself to providing emotional support and reassurance to pet owners during an "impossible decision." The ability to facilitate a pet's passing "in peace in our home" is a recurring theme in testimonials, underscoring the gentle and considerate approach taken by Dr. Baylor.

While the name "Cheap Shots On Wheels" might suggest a broader range of low-cost, mobile vaccination services (as implied by similar business models in the industry), the provided customer reviews strongly indicate a primary specialization in in-home euthanasia and emergency end-of-life care. This specialized focus is a key feature. For many pet owners, especially those with elderly, chronically ill, or anxious pets, the option of a peaceful at-home passing is a tremendous relief. The service caters to this specific, deeply emotional need, offering a personalized alternative to clinic-based goodbyes.

Another significant feature is the **responsiveness and availability** of Dr. Baylor. In emergency situations, such as a pet experiencing heart failure on a weekend, clients note that he answered "right away" and arrived promptly. This accessibility during critical times provides immense comfort and logistical relief to families. The personal connection formed through these compassionate visits is also a hallmark of the service, as Dr. Baylor is remembered for helping to "ease our minds" and for keeping both the pet and their owners "in his best interest."

The nature of a mobile veterinary service means there isn't a traditional clinic "environment" in terms of waiting rooms or reception areas. Instead, the "environment" is curated within the client's home, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The service brings the necessary equipment and expertise directly to the pet, making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. This model is particularly beneficial for multi-pet households, pets with mobility issues, or those who simply do not handle car travel or clinic visits well.

Regarding promotional information, the most powerful form of promotion for Cheap Shots On Wheels comes directly from the heartfelt testimonials of grateful clients. The profound impact of Dr. Baylor's empathetic and timely service during one of the most difficult moments in a pet owner's life generates strong word-of-mouth recommendations. When facing such a sensitive decision, pet owners often seek out services that prioritize compassion and comfort, and these reviews clearly demonstrate that Cheap Shots On Wheels delivers on those crucial aspects. The phone number, (920) 866-2899 (also available as +1 920-866-2899), serves as the direct point of contact for inquiries and scheduling. While explicit pricing or discount promotions are not mentioned, the perceived value of such a specialized and compassionate service, particularly when compared to the stress of an emergency clinic visit, is often priceless for families.

In summary, Cheap Shots On Wheels, under the dedicated care of Dr. Ron Baylor, operates as a vital mobile "Pet Hospital" that specializes in providing compassionate in-home end-of-life services, especially euthanasia, in the Green Bay, WI area. Its unique strength lies in transforming a potentially traumatic event into a peaceful and private farewell in the pet's own home. Back in November our girl had a heart failure emergency we knew she couldn’t come back from but it was the weekend and the only option was the emergency vet in Appleton. We called Dr. Ron, recommended to us by an animal hospice service. He answered right away and came out within the hour. He was gentle and kind but matter-of-fact. He really helped ease our minds with an impossible decision. He helped our Bindi pass in peace in our home. We’re so grateful we had him as our resource.

We did not end up using any services, but we did call to inquire about in-home euthanasia, and received a call back within an hour to discuss the situation, next steps, and how / when he could help. I was falling apart on the phone describing the situation, and the doctor was nothing but patient, calm, and compassionate with me, offering his help as soon as he got back to town if we still needed it and suggesting alternate resources if we needed help the same day. This guy is 100% in this profession for all of the right reasons and it shows.
