We have a rescue that has the most severe anxiety issues I've ever seen in a dog. The care and kindness the staff here showed my dog was above and beyond. There was one tech in particular, I didn't get her name. She was blonde, wears glasses, and had on a shirt with just the word MAMA on it. She cared for Lady Bugg like she was her own dog. We've been through a very serious and nerve-wracking situation with her since Sunday. This staff listened and acted in a way I could not appreciate more. If any of you read this, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My cat panda bear had to have his front leg taken due to injury and the staff was awesome with him took excellent care of him and let him keep his blanket with him and even washed it after he had an accident on it , they are awesome , thank you so much again for being so wonderful to my almost 17 year old cat who acts like a cats half his age he is doing fine right now and looking forward to removing his stitches thank you again

First off I just want to start by saying I never put the energy into leaving google reviews but I just feel the need to this time to hopefully draw attention to the staff to better themselves. Some "professionals" have no business being in the vocation they chose because of lack of compassion, respect, and bedside manner. I brought my cat here to get neutered and I couldn't find my cat carrier which yes I know is not great but what was I gonna do? I called the next morning to check on my cat with no answer. They told me to be there when they opened to pick my cat up. I showed up at 8:30 and did not leave until almost 10. With that being said I was put in a room with my cat and waited 20 minutes for the vet to come in just to not even look me in my eyes and not even introduce himself but made sure to tell me that it was very dangerous to not have a cat carrier and that my cat could become a snack to some of the dogs there. I don't even know the vets name that I trusted to care for my cat. This was the most unprofessional vet experience I have ever had. I will never spend my money here again. It seems like they don't care or even want to be there and I wouldn't trust them with care of my animals ever again. They seem very uninterested in the jobs they chose to do. They are rude and the vet himself needs to learn how to speak to people. And also maybe start off with introducing yourself when you walk into a room with someone who blindly put there trust in you to care for a part of there family. While there I even heard one staff tell another how she was ready to go home. At 8:30 in the morning at start of shift. Doesn't make me feel comfortable leaving a part of my family in the care of someone who just doesn't want to be there period. Do better people!!! You will lose clients acting this way. Also not to mention the room they put me in was not cleaned had piss and a dirty puppy pad and I wasn't even gonna say anything but after speaking to your rude ass vet I think this needs to be brought to people's attention. Hopefully you guys will learn the basic people skills you need to learn before you lose business. I won't be back. And reading some of these reviews and seeing how yall only answered the good ones and left the bad ones (with basically the same complaints I have) unanswered just goes to show you guys really need to evaluate the way that you treat people and animals.
