Charlotte Animal Hospital

My Bambi has been a patient for her entire life of 7 years. The staff and doctors are very caring and have been able to diagnose and treat any illness that has arisen. They love little Bambi, our Italian greyhound and treat her with the utmost care and concern. We love them back.

My cat has urinary issues that flare up occasionally and the last few days he’s been in pain, I was worried he was starting to block off again, I called, explained his issue I was told to come right over to have him examined, and I did, from our first interaction to our last interaction with this visit, I knew his issue would be addressed and it was, I felt very confident and relieved knowing he was getting the best care. He’s home tonight resting with his pain manageable, an his issue under control. I am so impressed with the care he received today, my fears are at rest, dealing with what could have been an emergency, which it has over the years. From the first time I walked thru the doors until I checked out, my cat and this possible emergency was their focus, I am truly thankful. This area is blessed to have a great caring Animal Hospital and veterinarians serve our community.

We came from out of state and my briard got sick. I called everywhere and every vets office said they wouldn’t find time to see him, after all, I wasn’t a client and they were just too busy to see a sick dog from out of state. This exact thing happened to me several years ago with my cat. (Groomers won’t take them either, too just and not a regular client. I live 2,000 miles from here!) I finally found this place, they had good ratings so I took him in and waited my turn, which is how it works from 9-2 for walk ins. I was ultra grateful and they were great! Very nice, was properly diagnosed, given 3 meds, and didn’t try and bleed me dry. I’m so thankful for them!!!

My first time at Charlotte Animal Hospital was because my baby Culver was throwing up and having seizures. My regular vet was unavailable so I had to find a place to take him. The outcome wasn’t what I wanted but the Dr and staff were amazing. I had Dr Sweet. I had to put my baby down and I was a wreck. Dr Sweet and the nurse were very comforting to me and took their time with me and talked to me as long as I wanted and actually sat in the floor with me talking to me about things. It meant a lot to me to have that. Thank you for everything.

I’an so happy with the customer care and the great communication I received. My dog is a very difficult dog to deal with and they handled him with so much experience and care. I am so thrilled to find such a great staff and veterinarian who was so amazing and skilled. I would recommend them to all who need e great animal hospital for their pet. I came down to Florida without enough prescription food for my diabetic dog. We walked in without an appt and were seen the same day. They gave him an exam and provided us with the food he needed. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend them.
