Dr. Carol is an amazing! She is a real gem! For the past 2 years, I have been taking my Frenchie, Butterscotch, to multiple veterinarians for vomiting several times a day every day as well as allergies resulting in constant scratching and licking his paws. After multiple chemical medications, injections, blood tests, x-rays and even BOAS laser surgery which they said would help with the vomiting, it was a huge monetary investment to no avail because no one was able to find the cause or fix the problems. I kept searching for someone who could get to the root cause and then I found Dr. Carol. She is professional and very knowledgeable. In my first visit, she did a thorough examination. She did not rush me out of her office with another prescription for a pill. She took her time to explain to me her findings. She had studied all of Butterscotch's medical records that she had requested before the first visit. She listened to me about my concerns. She gave me options. She gave me a new feeding plan and suggested keeping a journal. She called me personally several times to see how the plan was working and to keep me abreast of test results. For the very first time, I felt that someone finally cared about the health and well-being of my pet. She even discovered an allergy that had not shown up in any of the previous tests, which was a game changer. She told me the changes I needed to make and suggested natural formulations that she makes as well as other ones. She never pushed me to buy any product. I chose the natural products because of his allergies. Over the next 2 weeks after further testing, the vomiting had decreased and Butterscotch was not chewing and licking his paws like he used to. She found the root cause. I highly recommend Dr. Carol.

- Initial Consultation Offer: The clinic is "Now Accepting New Patients" for routine health and wellness visits, holistic care, and nutritional consultations. While a specific discount on the first visit isn't always explicitly stated as a numerical value across all platforms, it's common for clinics accepting new clients to offer introductory rates or special packages. For example, some clinics offer "$30 OFF New Clients 1st Appointment."
- Online Store Promotions: The clinic's online store often provides benefits such as "Free Shipping On Orders Over $49" for their dog and cat supplies, including their PAAWS™ vitamins and supplements. This can offer savings and convenience for regular purchases.
- Product Bundles/Discounts: The online store frequently features bundles or special pricing on their proprietary supplements, encouraging clients to purchase multiple products for comprehensive wellness.
- Value of Preventative and Holistic Care: By focusing on early detection, proper nutrition, and integrative therapies, the clinic aims to prevent more serious and costly health issues from developing, ultimately saving clients money in the long run.
- Pet Insurance Acceptance: While not always explicitly detailed, like most modern "Pet Hospitals," they would likely accept various pet insurance plans to help clients manage unexpected veterinary expenses. Clients are encouraged to investigate pet insurance options.
- Payment Options: It is common for veterinary clinics to partner with third-party financing solutions (e.g., CareCredit) to assist clients with managing larger medical bills, allowing payments over time. It is recommended to inquire directly about available payment plans.

Apr 25, 2025 · Veneatra PayntherDr. Osborne has gone above and beyond in every way for our dog. We came to her in a panic because our 4 yo dog declined overnight and was diagnosed with lymphoma at the emergency vet. He was not eating, barely moving, and the steroids he was originally prescribed by them were making him extremely thirsty yet he was still dehydrated. During our first visit, Dr. Osborne provided us with detailed diet, medication, and supplement changes and she has reached out almost daily to check in on his progress and provide suggestions on how to continue to improve his quality of life. She has also done extensive research on his lab work and type of lymphoma to make sure we have as much information as possible on his condition. Within days of making the changes she suggested our dog has been back to his normal active self. Fast forward to today and we’ve been able to spend three happy and fun weeks with our dog that we didn’t think we had. He may not have much life left but we know we will be able to give him the best remaining days all because of Dr. Osborne. We’re so grateful for her compassion and dedication! Thank you!
May 20, 2025 · Caroline KewI rarely write reviews but Dr. Carol is a gem and the only vet so far for my 3 dogs who has taken the time to go over the details of not just each dog's bloodwork, but what it means compared year-to-year with previous results to make sure they are in the best health possible. The office is quick to respond to emails or any insurance questions, and also offers Saturday appointments which is amazing for when you just can't get away during the week or have multiple pets to schedule in, like I do. I personally appreciate her holistic approach, knowledge about fresh food diets, and a more natural approach to pet health - thank you Dr. Carol and team!
Mar 21, 2025 · Kanak BalI highly recommend Dr.Carol! She has and continues to go above and beyond when it comes to the care of my chihuahuas, both my current one (Ava) and my previous one(Juan). She helped Juan live a longer and more comfortable life because he had a heart condition. Dr. Carol worked exceptionally well with the veterinarian cardiologist that I was working with. They made an excellent team that allowed Juan to live his best life! And after Juan passed, Dr. Carol went above and beyond by honoring his life in a very special way. Now with Ava, my current chihuahua, Dr. Carol continues to give exceptional care to her as well. Ava is a rescue and is very sensitive and easily triggered by certain things. Dr. Carol does very well in caring for Ava. I wouldn’t even consider trusting any other vet with Ava. Dr. Carol is the best vet hands down. We are very lucky to have such an awesome vet in northeastern Ohio.
Mar 14, 2025 · Jason BotsfordIn looking for a different approach to my 10 year old dog Oliver's care, I stumbled upon this wonderful clinic. Oliver is a pointer, boxer, pit mix that I have had since he was 6 weeks old. He started to develop fatty cysts all over his body and waking me up to drink water in the middle of night, EVERY night for about a month. After having 13 places biopsied and blood work done they all came back benign and in good standing, however I knew something had to change. We took Oliver to see Dr. Carol and she educated us on a new diet for Oliver and since then he has lost 10 pounds and is no longer waking up in the night to drink water. His mood is much more energetic and happy. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to give their beloved pets a new lease on life.
