Amazing care from an amazing staff... thorough and honest. I drive over an hour to take my bunns there You can absolutely see they ALL love what they do... and so do we thanks 😊 ❤️

Chadwell staff are very compassionate. I euthanized my 17 year old poodle mix, Harry on 2/17/2025. The staff including the vet prepped me before the process and walked me gently through the process which made it less frightening. The vet was so calming and not hurried and allowed as much time as I wanted to stay in the room for final goodbyes. I also received clay paw prints and a beautiful sympathy card signed by numerous staff. This process would have been much more difficult had it not been for Chadwell staff. Thanks to all of you!!

Chadwell has always been amazing with my two dogs Grizzly and Sif. My pets are well taken care of at their appointments. Yes, you might have to wait for a short period of time before being seen. Hence the name waiting room. They are extremely busy and do try to accommodate people but sometimes people have unrealistic expectations. There is an emergency hospital in Bel Air if they don't have any same day appointments available. Every Vet office is busy these days. I trust the Vets at chadwell and will continue to go there

Dr. Pol must be hiding in there! Our rooster needed surgery- no problem; one of our cats needed spaying- no worries; my precious Holland Lope, Andrew "Loaf" Hoen was neutered, years ago. They took care of my Andrew through his long and happy life- nine years worth, and when he passed they sent a sympathy card. Last week I took Loaf to be cremated. As I handed over his small frozen body, the tears welled up. The staff was so kind. As I went to my car, I lost it. They understood. Thank you so much! Love you guys!
