I cannot give more praise to the people who work at this office! I was in such a tough position where my fur baby was declining quickly- the last thing I wanted was for his last day to be his worst day. We made the decision that it was time and reached out to the office. I was able to arrange for staff to come to my home and help make it a peaceful transition for my kitty. It was so difficult for my family, but the care shown during this devastating time is truly something I will never forget. The staff aren't just showing up and punching in and out, they truly care about animals and consistently go above and beyond for their clients because they understand how our pets are like our children. I have worked with this location for over 15 years, and this was even the place I adopted my cats from. Thank you for the compassion you showed to my family during such a difficult time. I will forever be grateful and continue to recommend and give praise to your office whenever I have the opportunity.

Apr 25, 2025 · Lindsey GiagniWe love Central Vet. Our 6 cats have benefited from the gentle and loving care of all the staff. Our cat Hunter wouldn't be alive today if not for Central vet. We are so thankful for them as is he. From our 6 babies. Finn, York, Hunter, Pumpkin, Latte, and now Oreo.
Mar 26, 2025 · madhatter 68I just rescued my boy Tyrone a month ago. This is my 3rd rescue dog and all 3 of them been to CV. Their health issues have been addressed immediate. The staff is not only knowledgeable of their of positions but are compassionate, friendly and always takes time to address any concerns.
Apr 01, 2025 · Ruth AllgaierCompletely flabbergasted at the unprofessionalism at this Vet that I’ve been going to for years!! One of the receptionists hung up on me while I was trying to retrieve a fax number for my dog’s records. Then, when I called back about being hung up on, the office manager gets on the phone with the same attitude, was talking over me, didn’t even ask me for the fax number that I was given from the place they referred me to! I literally had to tell her do not speak over me! Poor, poor, poor customer service!!!
Feb 05, 2025 · Cherise WatsonI'm very disappointed in CAV. Never called me back about my puppy medicine. The last visit they only gave me medicine for 2 weeks and when I requested more medicine, I was ignored with no call back. I feel I'm being used for more visits for more money. Prices are very inflated. I'm never taking my puppy back there.
