I found this vet as I was driving through Pflugerville and I was actually on the hunt for a new vet for my kitten, Charlie. I took Charlie for one of his booster vaccines and an exam. The team here absolutely amazing and so welcoming, the pricing is very reasonable, and their communication is great. It is overall such an amazing place! This will definitely be our forever vet from now on and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new vet for their fur babies!

Apr 17, 2025 · Sylvia MontoyaFinding a veterinarian that will put the absolute best care forward in taking care of your pets was essential to us when we moved to Austin. We found Dr. Smallwood and Central Texas Animal Hospital and have not gone anywhere since. Our pugs and sphynxes have been taken care of thoroughly since day one and we love how kind and caring the entire staff is. When our girl, Mavis, got sick in 2021, they went above and beyond to make sure that her epilepsy was diagnosed and cared for. Today she had a dental and you can tell how much pride goes in for caring for their patients and making sure their pet parents are thoroughly kept in the loop about everything. Truly grateful for this hospital and will continue to take our babies here until it will be their last day entering CTAH, as they make their way accross the rainbow bridge.
Feb 04, 2025 · Cassandra “Cass” RobinsonI visited the hospital at a very difficult time. Our sweet Lola passed away after 16 wonderful years of life and love. We brought her there to be cremated. The staff was exceptionally gracious and understanding. I truly appreciate their compassion and professionalism!!
