Welcome to Central New Hampshire Animal Care

Welcome to Central New Hampshire Animal Care, a highly esteemed Pet Hospital located at 4 King Rd in Chichester, New Hampshire. Serving the local community and beyond, this veterinary practice has garnered exceptional praise for its friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly Dr. Mara, who is consistently highlighted for her remarkable ability to connect with animals and their owners. If you are seeking a welcoming and effective veterinary care provider for your beloved pets, Central New Hampshire Animal Care appears to offer an outstanding experience, as indicated by the enthusiastic testimonials from satisfied clients. While specific details about the clinic's physical environment are best appreciated during a visit, the overwhelmingly positive reviews suggest a warm, comfortable, and professional setting where both pets and their owners feel genuinely valued.

One glowing review recounts a "fantastic experience" during a first visit with their Samoyed, Duke. The owner, who recently moved from Ohio and received a recommendation to try Central New Hampshire Animal Care, was immediately impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable nature of the entire staff. The fact that Duke, a Samoyed known for their friendly disposition, "had a blast meeting all of the staff" speaks volumes about the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. The owner specifically mentioned Dr. Mara and the staff as being "great," leading to an overall "wonderful experience" and immense satisfaction in having found this veterinary practice. This positive initial encounter underscores the clinic's commitment to creating a positive environment for pets and building strong relationships with their owners.

Another exceptionally positive review comes from a pet owner who recently switched to Central New Hampshire Animal Care from a different local veterinary office and expressed being "SO HAPPY" with their decision. This client could not say enough good things about Dr. Mara and the staff. A particularly remarkable aspect of their experience was Dr. Mara's ability to quickly gain the trust of their "extremely timid dog," who was eating from Dr. Mara's hand within seconds of meeting him. This demonstrates an exceptional ability to connect with and reassure even the most anxious animals. Furthermore, the owner mentioned laughing throughout the visit, highlighting Dr. Mara's engaging and personable demeanor, which contributes to a less stressful experience for both the pet and the owner. The reviewer felt so welcomed and appreciated that their only regret was not switching to Central New Hampshire Animal Care sooner.

Beyond the exceptional rapport with pets, Dr. Mara is also praised for her insightful and cost-effective approach to treatment. The reviewer mentioned that Dr. Mara recommended a different approach for their dog on several fronts, which were not only "far easier" and "WAY less expensive" than the previous vet's recommendations but also "so much better and less stressful" for the dog. This suggests that Dr. Mara is not only knowledgeable but also considerate of the financial implications for pet owners and prioritizes the pet's comfort and well-being when devising treatment plans. The positive experience of saving a "ton of money" while receiving superior care is a significant advantage for pet owners in the Chichester area.

The review also specifically mentions Olivia, the veterinary technician, who, along with Dr. Mara, was described as an "absolute joy to be around." This highlights the positive and collaborative dynamic within the team, contributing to the overall pleasant experience at the clinic. The fact that both the pet and the owner are "actually looking forward to our next vet visit" is a testament to the positive and stress-free environment created at Central New Hampshire Animal Care. The reviewer concludes with a strong recommendation, stating they "can't recommend them enough!!"

The clinic fosters a welcoming and stress-free environment for both pets and their human companions. A significant advantage appears to be Dr. Mara's approach to treatment, which is not only effective and less stressful for pets but also potentially more affordable than other veterinary options. The positive rapport between the staff, pets, and owners is a recurring theme, suggesting a genuine care and dedication to client satisfaction.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mara and the staff at Central NH Animal Care! I just switched to them from a different local vet's office, and I'm SO HAPPY I did. Dr. Mara had my extremely timid dog eating from his hand within seconds and had me laughing the entire visit. They made us feel so welcome and appreciated, my only regret was not switching to them earlier. Dr. Mara recommended a different approach for my dog on a couple different fronts, both of which were far easier, and WAY less expensive than my previous vet had been recommending, and not only did it save me a ton of money, their approach was so much better and less stressful for my dog. Dr. Mara and Olivia, the vet tech, were an absolute joy to be around. My dog and I are actually looking forward to our next vet visit. Can't recommend them enough!!

I have been going to Dr. Mara's practice for over 20 years and have had both Dogs and Cats cared for. Dr. Mara has been absolutely fantastic with all our animals. It is our most recent dog Diesel that we have been here a lot due to skin issues mostly. The whole staff is so great and I can't thank you all enough for the love and care you have given to my fur babies over the years and all the speedy and great care for Diesel.

I have had Central NH Animal Care vets for my dogs and cats for at least 25 years. My pets have had the best care. Dr. Mara has even called me on weekends to check on my dogs. The staff is great too. There are Veterinarians much closer by I won’t go anywhere else. They deserve a 5 star rating.
