Very highly recommend this practice! My cat needed all his teeth removed due to an underlying condition and had this procedure done about a week ago. I was very nervous and all the doctors and staff were incredibly kind and helpful in the days leading up to surgery and the day of. They are very responsive and compassionate. I can tell they genuinely care about their patients based on the fact that they followed up multiple times to see how my cat was doing post-surgery. Most importantly, the surgery went very well and my cat is healing beautifully! Thank you to the entire staff! Update: My cat is about 9 months post-surgery and doing so well!! His mouth healed with no issues and he appears to be free from any pain. He seems more relaxed and happy. Within a few weeks he was back to eating everything (including dry food/treats) and chewing on his toys! Can’t thank this team enough for the amazing quality of care they provided my cat. If your cat needs work done on his/her teeth, this is the place to trust!!

We've had so many health issues with our pug Olivia since September ... one thing after another. Then we found out she had to have all of her teeth extracted. We tried to have this cared for at a veterinary practice locally, but Olivia had BP issues while under anesthesia, so we were referred to the Center for Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery. Wow, what an amazing experience. I was very nervous about the whole thing, but Sara encouraged me that they will take awesome care of Olivia, and they certainly did. My wife and I prayed that the right doctor would be in charge of Olivia's case ... and Dr. Taney was a specific answer to that prayer. I learned that she too had a black pug years ago, and that her own daughter's name is Olivia. That certainly gave me peace of mind. Dr. Taney was meticulous in explaining the procedure to be performed, and gave me a thorough debrief after the surgery was completed. I wasn't sure what to expect with Olivia now being toothless ... but thankfully, she's doing great and I don't even notice anything different with her behavior, eating habits, etc. For such a traumatic situation, I have to say Dr. Taney and staff were exceptional, and made me feel Olivia got the very best. Thank you all so much!

My dog (a mini bernedoodle) had a bump under her right eye and our vet referred us to the Center for Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery. The receptionist Sarah was extremely helpful, explaining the process so I knew exactly what to expect, including the range of cost. Dr. Taney and her team of amazing team of veterinarians (specifically Dr. Garber & Dr. Dennis) all came in and assessed the bump and her teeth, and explained that it was most likely a fractured tooth and abscess which is exactly what the x-rays showed. I was called after the xray with the results, then they extracted the tooth and also cleaned her teeth. They provided absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. Dr. Taney is warm, caring, relatable, and I felt so reassured that my dog was under her care. I was given a range of $2800-3500 and the total came to $2900. Of course oral surgery is expensive, but I felt it was 100% worth it for the care my dog received. My sweet girl is doing great and I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Taney and her team! I highly recommend this practice!

The doctors and assistants are great but their receptionist Sarah is psychotic. I saw her have a mental breakdown in the office when I went to pick up my cat and gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day. Then, my partner called about an issue post surgery, and she freaked out and told him it was his fault the issue happened (it was not his fault) and that he should have called sooner (it happened over the weekend), lied to him about the availability of doctors at the clinic, and told him to take our cat to another emergency vet because she refused to take responsibility. I called back to ask what the office would like to do to fix the issue since she said it was an emergency and despite trying to blame us, was not our fault. She put me on hold for some time and then pretended to take my name and number in case of call failure and then switched up and said she would use the info to call me back in 2 minutes because she was busy. I called back 15 minutes later since she had told my partner it was an emergency, and she asked to put me on hold again, to which I refused and explained that she was already supposed to have called me back. She called me a liar and then realized who I was and started screaming at me asking what my name was. I informed her she was being unprofessional and she said that she refused to help me until Monday (5 days from now) and then hung up. I then thankfully got in touch with someone more kind and professional (and knowledgeable) who helped me with my issue which turned out not to be an emergency. I would like to reiterate, Sarah entirely escalated the situation by herself, wrongly accused us of failing to take care of our cat post surgery, blamed us for the problem we were calling about, frightened us unnecessarily, and then screamed at me and refused to help me.

My kitty that had stomatitis had to get a full mouth extraction. My vet recommended this place and although pricey it’s worth every penny with how well the staff handles everything from your first phone call! They got records they helped me with any questions I was having. The doctor I had was great, she dealt with how emotional I was and provided advice and was straight to the point. The techs were great and friendly and loved my Elaina and made her feel at home! It’s been about three weeks, and my fur baby is doing great, she’s even nibbling on her dry food again! Hope you enjoy this photo as much as I do! Thank you guys!! ♥️
