Really helpful, kind and courteous. Don't let the small storefront fool you; these vets and techs have large hearts and sure know what they're doing. UPDATE: I have now been using this veterinarian for a few years, and I can tell you that I have absolute faith in her. As for the practice, I cannot speak to the quality of anyone other than our vet, other than to say that the vet techs and everyone at the front desk have all been wonderful on more than one occasion.

Horrible customer service. Been going there for years and never the same doctor, unfriendly service. No continuity from one visit to the next. Today we went for a dental check up and blood work for our cat Jigsaw. and we’re not told that they do not do dental work there because they are under staffed. They didn’t say anything about this when we made the appointment. Then when we were done they pushed us out of the exam room and when we wanted to step outside to discuss our finances in private looked at us like we were going to leave without paying. I put a card on the counter for them to hold and when my partner went back they told her that we wouldn’t be allowed to come back if something like that happened again. I called when we got home and they said I threw the card. Which is not true. At all. All around just not the place to take a pet and it sucks that veterinary offices are so booked up it’s difficult to find another place to go (which is what they seem to be relying on for repeat customers) but we won’t be going back there. Update: After the visit to Center for Animal Health when this happened, we decided to go to a new veterinary practice. We took our cat Jigsaw in because Center for Animal Health didn’t provide any answers for what was happening with our cat, which is she wasn’t eating dry food like she used to. When the doctor at Center for Animal Health did the dental check (the whole reason we came in and why we were upset they didn’t tell us that they don’t actually do the work any more before we came in), she spent most of the dental examination complaining about how under staffed they were. She didn’t find anything conclusive. When we went to the new vet less than a week later, they immediately found a tumor on her tongue. The new vet confirmed this isn’t something that could have formed in less than a week. It was cancer. If we had continued to remain at Center for Animal Health, we would have not found out this important fact without another visit. And who knows if they would have found it even at that time. Not only horrible customer service but also horrible actual veterinary services. We paid for the dental check up and they didn’t even find the tumor that took the other practitioner seconds to find. It took going to another practice and paying for the same examination twice for us to find out what was going on. And a month later our Jigsaw was gone. We were worried about our cat and they made out visit horrible by not being honest about not doing dental procedures when we made the appointment, then complaining about how short staffed they are instead of doing the actual examination, then pushed us out of the exam room to clean it, and when we wanted a private moment to discuss finances and step outside they acted like we were going to leave without paying (after being a client for over a decade). Making our experience so much worse. And to top it off, they missed the tumor that took seconds for another doctor to find days later. They should have refunded our money from the visit. Because in the end they didn’t even do their job.

I got an appt for my boys' annual visit right away. Members of the staff, especially Sarah/Sara at the front desk, are great. Very professional, friendly and helpful. The doctors are always attentive and affectionate toward my fur boy kitties, Opie and Milo. Four paws up!
