We absolutely love Cedarcrest Animal Hospital! Our dog, Tybee, has been going there for four years, ever since he was a puppy. The vet team and staff are always so lovely, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see both us and our fur baby. Tybee is always thrilled to see the play-care team members and can’t wait to be there! Knowing how excited and happy he is during his visits is incredibly comforting. We also appreciate how convenient the location is for drop-offs and pick-ups, and the text reminders for play-care are such a helpful touch. It’s also great that they offer boarding services if needed. Cedarcrest truly goes above and beyond, and we couldn’t recommend them more for veterinary care, play-care, and more!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I just had to put my best friend of 14 years down this week and they made the whole experience better than I could have ever imagined. I was scared of a cold damp office but they go above and beyond for you and your family pet. They watch for you as you come in and take you straight to a quiet, warm, dimmed room. The bed is a warm blanket, soft music playing. They go through everything with the best intentions for you and your loved one. The vet even said a prayer before she started and the assistant made paw prints for me to take with me. I will never go to another place as long as I live here.

I have taken my fur baby, Logan, to Cedarcrest three times and I am very pleased with the ladies that work there during the check in and check out. They are always smiling, pleasant and professional. Natalie does Logan’s grooming and I have only not been completely satisfied once and when I informed Natalie she didn’t hesitate to offer to correct his ears to my satisfaction. This last grooming has me completely satisfied with his haircut and my friends and family love it too. I will not be taking him to any other place. I definitely recommend Cedarcrest Animal Hospital!
