Always have had great care here. When our dog was an elder senior, they cared for her so wonderfully and helped us through. I'm so thankful for the staff here.

Can't thank the front desk staff and Dr. Neill enough for fitting us in last minute when my dog's stomach issues flared up last week. When we had to pivot medicines a few days later it was quick and easy. She's back to her normal self thanks to the team here. Thank you!

Avoid this vet. My dog was brought in for her annual check up by a family member of mine, and it is clear that this office operates similar to a commercialized vet who is in it for $. It is a huge red flag for me when vets take your animal out of the room to evaluate/give shots/etc. There is no reason the owner shouldn’t be in the room. On top of that they were pushy with unnecessary treatment, and even conducted a test without approval and then charged for it. (When going to another vet afterwards they said that test should have never been done.) They were rude, and to make matters even worse they did not care to make it right after the fact. Would not recommend.

Went in for a 2 year well check for my dog. I saw Dr Herron and she asked if there were any issues and I said my dog itches her ears often. Dr Herron said they were going to take an ear swab and run it under the microscope to see if there is an infection. Dr Herron never told me there was going to be a charge for the test. When I went to check out I was shocked there was a charge since I was not informed before the test. The front desk clerk did not apologize but told me they will be happy to transfer my dog's records to another vet if I'm not happy. Very rude and horrible customer service! My dog has not itched her ears since the appt and has no ear infection symptoms. My dog's new vet said that test did not need to be performed.
