I have been going to my vet clinic for almost 30 years. However today we had an unfortunate situation and had to put our parrot down. My vet referred me here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with overwhelming kindness and compassion from not only the staff but the pet owners in the waiting room. It was one of the saddest things you have to do but every step of my journey there was met with such empathy. I would not hesitate to go there again and if for any reason my current vet is unavailable, this will be the first place I will call.

Everyone was super kind, and treated our feisty cockatiel who still hasn't warmed up to people yet. They walked me through every billed item before and after they began each step. If any of our other birds have issues, we'll definitely be bringing them here!

I brought my sweet girl Qiqi in for surgery to remove a tumor on her side. She unfortunately passed away a few days after due to complications during recovery; the surgery itself went fine, the stress of everything was just too much for her poor little body to handle. Cedar Pet Clinic was wonderful throughout everything. Everyone was kind, and extremely helpful when I had questions. They did everything they could to help her, and even managed to get me in very last minute when her condition continued to worsen. My experience with the clinic made her passing a lot less painful; I will definitely continue bringing my pets here, and have since recommended this clinic to another friend who owns exotic pets!

They were very welcoming of our snake and super knowledgeable about all the issues we were experiencing. After I went home, they could tell I was a little overwhelmed with the instructions they handed me so they took the time to provide an additional email follow-up with a nice clear layout of a treatment plan, welcoming us to let them know if we have any questions.

Excellent care for a friend’s opossum. So compassionate and kind. With the state of how vet professionals are treated it’s so important to praise them and celebrate their hard work, it is so appreciated.
