Cats Only Veterinary Clinic

Cats Only has been our family vet for as long as we have had cats. They have seen us through the lives of both of my childhood cats, always with such care and expertise. I have my own cat now, and I bring her here. She is the best cat I have ever had… but she likes to eat trash. Just about everything. Last month she stopped eating her food… went full hunger strike from Tuesday-Sunday. I was basically inconsolable at the thought of something happening to her. On Thursday of that week, I called Cats Only, and they got Millie in same day. They didn’t have an appointment so they gave me the option to drop her off and pick her up. They were very reassuring and gave her medication and answered all of my questions, even when it was over email and I was definitely being annoying. Millie is back to being happy and healthy… after pooping out a bread bag tie (I said she eats EVERYTHING). I am so grateful to Cats Only, their vets, and all of their staff for their knowledge, their willingness to help and their empathy.

I had such a fantastic experience here. Everyone we interacted with during our visit was phenomenal. The front office staff were so kind and helpful. You can tell the techs/assistants really care about their patients and took the extra time to help show me easier ways to get my cat to take medicine. The doctor was also absolutely amazing and was so thorough and knowledgeable but also kind and welcoming. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a veterinary clinic!

Visiting the vet is not exactly my cat's favorite day, but this practice is as good as it gets. It is 100% cat-centric, which I love! Every staff member is an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, the vibe is "we love your kitty, and we're glad you're here." The waiting room is clean, comfortable, and calming - no blaring televisions or enormous barking dogs. And the experience in the exam room is wonderful too - I don't know how they do it, but they're all so GOOD! I drive 40 minutes each way, from the east suburbs of Columbus, and it's totally worth it. Thanks Cats Only - we love you!

The doctors, techs, front office and everyone else that I’ve met at Cats Only have been extremely kind, friendly and professional. Unless it’s an emergency and my cats doctor is unavailable, they make sure that we’re seeing our same doctor every time we visit. I know that all of these people have my cats best interest in mind. We’ve been to other vet clinics before, but at Cats Only, we are here to stay. I would recommend Cats Only to my family and friends. An updated review (October 11, 2023) Cats Only vet clinic has always had my cats health and best interests in mind. Dr. Beattie and the techs have taken fantastic & loving care of all six of my cats. I pass by a lot of veterinarian’s clinics on my 30 minute drive to Cats Only, because I am confident that my cats & kittens will receive the absolute best care possible. Highly recommend! Update 3/16/25 Dr. Beattie has moved on and now Dr. Austin takes care of my cats. She loves cats and her care and concern certainly shows.

This was our first visit at Cats Only and it’s safe to say we have found our forever vet. Every staff member was so kind and welcoming. We were even offered a “calming towel” with pheromones to put over the carrier! This was such a kind gesture, I mean talk about going above and beyond in care. We met with Dr. Sparks and she took the time to answer my numerous questions and concerns. Dr. Sparks did not make us feel rushed through the appointment which was an issue we encountered and previous vets. 10/10 recommend this clinic!
