Cat Care Clinic - East

Every experience I've had here has been superb. Every staff person, from the front desk, the vet assistants, and both vets my cat has seen have been friendly and welcoming. My cat is usually leery of strangers, but is putty in Dr Gallagher's hands. I recommend this place to everyone looking for vet care for their cats.

I have learned so much from my cats Vet and Vet Tech about his condition than his prior vet. I wish we were going here in the 1st place. I feel like I lost a good year of care because I wasn't sure. They are super responsive to emails as well in the care for your kitty. (As long as your a patient there of course.) We also appreciated the quietness of the clinic. A normal vet office stressed out our kitty. The atmosphere helped him immensely as well as the staff being very kitty oriented.

Cat Care Clinic East has been our primary clinic for all of our cats for the last 5 years. I have found the staff to be professional, kind, and caring even the most difficult of situations. We recently had to put our cat down at the clinic, and the team made the process as comfortable and private as possible. Thank you Dr. Gallagher, Emily, and the rest of the staff at the clinic for your work.

Dr. Erik and the rest of the staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and generally amazing with my new kitty! She was adopted off the street a couple months ago and immediately took to the cat care clinic team. I felt like she was in safe and capable hands.

Absolutely unprofessional and money oriented business (not animal healthcare!). If I could give negative scores I would have done so without a second thought. My kitten has experienced some issues with digestion thus I submitted a sample of stool to check for parasites. Not only were not able to diagnose her (as a medical professional myself stool microscopy especially with modern technology takes only 1 month of normal training to become proficient in diagnostic skills, which evidently is lacking in this clinic), they missed it until my cat in literal sense of the word deficated full grown worms out. Then when I returned for her treatment they up-charged for the medication by 5 times it's market cost. After I returned the pills untouched (as I order them 5th of the price online), they just plainly refused to refund. Never going back there and I will not recommended this clinic to even my worst enemy.

Been a patron of Cat Care Clinic since 2019 through many difficult ups and downs with my diabetic kitty Archie whom I dearly loved (now departed). CCC staff is very kind, cares deeply for their kitties & owners, and have treated me like family. CCC was extremely supportive with my recent loss and with my 2 other kitties; including a new addition. CCC East is conveniently located near the capitol, has a beautiful "boutique" feel, and specializes only in cats, cats, cats. Definitely recommend! 😻
