Welcome to Casey Veterinary Services

For animal owners in Marshall, Virginia, and the surrounding areas, Casey Veterinary Services, located at 8625 Woodward Rd, Marshall, VA 20115, USA, operates under the platform category "Pet Hospital," providing veterinary care for the local community. With contact numbers (540) 364-4281 and +1 540-364-4281, Casey Veterinary Services offers a point of contact for animal health needs in the region.

The limited information available online provides a mixed perspective on Casey Veterinary Services. One reviewer offers high praise for Dr. Casey, describing him as an "amazing talented and intuitive person" and the "best all around." This positive feedback suggests that Dr. Casey may possess strong clinical skills and a positive rapport with at least some of his clients, leading to successful outcomes and satisfied customers.

However, another review presents a significant concern regarding the office's administrative practices. This reviewer details a series of issues, including a last-minute cancellation of an initial appointment with limited rescheduling options, followed by a subsequent cancellation of the rescheduled appointment on the day it was supposed to occur. The reviewer also raises questions about the communication from the office staff, noting inconsistencies in the number of voicemail messages claimed to have been left and ultimately finding no record of such messages. This negative experience led the reviewer to express a lack of trust in the office staff's communication and a decision not to engage with the practice further.

Given the contrasting nature of these two reviews, it is challenging to form a comprehensive picture of the environment, services, and features of Casey Veterinary Services. The positive review focuses solely on the perceived talent and intuition of Dr. Casey, offering no insight into the clinic's physical environment or the range of services provided. The negative review centers on administrative and communication issues, again providing no information about the clinical aspects of the practice.

As a "Pet Hospital," Casey Veterinary Services would typically be expected to provide a range of veterinary services, which could include routine wellness examinations, vaccinations, diagnostic procedures, medical treatments, and potentially surgical services. The specific focus of the practice (e.g., small animals, large animals, or a mix) is not explicitly stated in the provided information. However, the context of veterinary services in a rural area like Marshall, VA, sometimes includes care for larger animals such as horses or livestock, in addition to traditional pets like dogs and cats.

The physical environment of Casey Veterinary Services would likely include examination rooms, a reception area, and potentially areas for housing animals requiring observation or treatment. The cleanliness and organization of these areas would contribute to the overall impression of the practice. The availability of diagnostic equipment and the presence of surgical facilities would depend on the scope of services offered.

Features that might be associated with Casey Veterinary Services could include the experience and expertise of Dr. Casey, the range of veterinary services offered, the location's accessibility for local animal owners, and the clinic's approach to patient care. However, without more information or a greater number of reviews, it is difficult to elaborate on these aspects objectively.

No promotional information is available in the provided text. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any special offers or initiatives that Casey Veterinary Services might have.

In conclusion, the available information on Casey Veterinary Services in Marshall, VA, presents a mixed picture. While one reviewer praises Dr. Casey's talent and intuition, another raises serious concerns about the office's administrative practices and communication. As a "Pet Hospital," Casey Veterinary Services likely offers a range of veterinary services to the local animal community. However, without further information or more consistent feedback regarding the environment, services, and features of the practice, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive and objective introduction. Local animal owners considering Casey Veterinary Services may want to seek additional reviews or contact the clinic directly to gather more information and make an informed decision based on their individual needs and priorities.

Maybe Dr. Casey is great - I wouldn’t know. His office help cancelled the first appt the night before and said that I only had 1 option for rescheduling. I completely rearranged my work schedule to be there that day (including arranging to miss a mandatory meeting). The appt was supposed to be today - I reached out to the office to see if I could get a rough ETA and was told he wouldn’t be coming. The office help said that they had left one VM message for me - then they said they had left two. Which was it? Actually, it was none. I checked my VM and incoming calls - there was nothing. I don’t need to engage equine professionals who have staff that don’t tell the truth.

Dr. Casey was AMAZING!! I LOVE his barn!! He is gentle with the horses...he quiets them. Am waiting on the antibiotic, which was then only downside. Really wish it could've been overnighted to me, rather than an additional trip the the post office. Going back in 39 days, and genuinely looking forward to it!! Note: the trailers there on the side of the driveway are NOT customers'. There is a.lovely circle driveway for clients to make their way around.

He took his time and checked out my 2 barrel horses that I brought for chiropractic. He went over them very thoroughly and made sure nothing was out and even gave me advice for some other things. He even checked both of them for ulcers. Definitely be going back!
