I've unfortunately had to put to love pups down, 16 &17yrs old. Nice staff, dog treats, nice passing room. Injection is quick and comfortable no pain. Just got those looking for that type of review. They also do a phenomenal job on routine visits. But the critical care is important!

May 14, 2025 · b cThis review has been long overdue but I had nothing less than a stellar experience with this office. I have enjoyed working with Dr Alberti in particular, because he is very knowledgeable and competent in his profession. Unfortunately, my beloved dog passed away but this office was so compassionate and sent a beautiful card. If I acquire another pet in the future, I will reconnect with this hospital.
Mar 20, 2025 · Kayla MasonMy husband and I take our two cats to the Cary Veterinary Hospital, and have been doing so for the three years we've had the boys. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They make us feel very welcome. The doctors are fantastic and their expertise has help put our anxieties to rest many times. We love this practice and the people there, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for good doctor for their pet.
Mar 11, 2025 · James McCullenThis place is quite appealing due to the online booking and convenient location. However, after my most recent experience, I will not be returning. As a first-time cat owner, I do not have much experience when it comes to visiting for illness, and reflecting upon my most recent visit with my cat, who had a fever, decreased appetite, and was a bit lethargic, I feel as though I was taken advantage of. After being suggested multiple types of X-rays on top of an antibiotic injection, their desire to sedate him for the X-rays, and then also having a board-certified radiologist look at the X-rays (really expensive by the way & now I know was probably not necessary), I left with a $1,600 vet bill. So, upon reflecting, I believe more was recommended than needed, and their pricing is very high. I unfortunately will not be returning, as I don't believe I can trust them not to take advantage of me.
Apr 28, 2025 · Karlee McKinneyThe staff here is fantastic. They always take great care of my cat and are super helpful with any questions. You can tell they really care, and it means a lot to know my cat is in good hands.
