So grateful for the team here! My dog needed her eye removed and they fit us in the schedule immediately. We also got her fixed so it was a double procedure. The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease throughout the process. My dog was clearly treated amazing as she left the office happy and when we returned for a follow up, everyone greeted her with open arms which meant a lot to me. Nina at the front desk was informative when I had questions and kept me updated the entire time. I really enjoyed speaking with her and her warm personality. The other guy up front (didn’t catch his name) was so professional and his personality was very kind. All vet assistants seemed to enjoy their jobs and greeted us with a smile at every door. The doctor took his time explaining the healing process and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. He was also very kind not only to me and my dog but also his staff which is something I always keep an eye for- this definitely did not go unnoticed. We had an easy going conversation regarding my dog’s surgery and set up an aftercare plan. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital as it employs a passionate staff that take their profession seriously and on top of that the pricing is exceptional compared to other clinics I’ve gone to before. We are new to the area and relieved we found an amazing vet , the staff is always friendly. We have no problem getting our fur babies in last minute. The vet takes his time answering your questions and being thorough. Highly recommend

Just moved here and at first thought everything was great my dog (Great Pyrenees)seemed to like the vet got her shots and asked if they boarded so we set up for her to board dropped her off on Friday happy and normal . I picked her up Monday she was shaking dazed and confused and completely not acting like her self , they said she was still wet from her bath , Tuesday she was still lethargic continued to be confused and having issues with shakes and her legs buckling we called them up they said they had no appts and nothing happened . Today Wednesday she had full blown seizures I called this vet up again to be told rudely by (Nina I believe )they have no appts and to google an emergency vet she then hung up on me . I finally got her to an emergency vet in Woodstock townelake vet who is doing everything they can to save her thousands of dollars later . Something happened to my dog at this vet and the staff could care less I’ll never be back .im enclosing pictures of her the day before we dropped her off so happy and engaging and pictures of her after we picked her up and at the new emergency vet fighting for her life… Update she passed away we are devastated

The doctor gets 5 stars. He was wonderful, kind, reassuring, and made the experience personable. However, the lady at the front desk was the rudest lady I have ever met in my life. I only give three stars because I don’t want to bring the rating down for the vet or the doctor. If I was to rate the customer service from that lady, it would be 0 stars. People spend a lot of money and effort to bring them to the vet not to feel disrespected. They need a new manager because it feels uncomfortable to even call them knowing she will answer.

Zero stars if I could. First time here. Walked in to inquire about services for my dog. Was hardly greeted. The rep at the front desk wouldn't even look at me when I was speaking to her she was too busy flipping through papers. Decided to just walk out because the hospitality was garbage. Clearly I'm not the only one that had an issue with the front desk according to the reviews. Business tip: hire someone helpful and passionate about the bussiness at your front desk. I won't be back.
