Having experienced several Vet ERs, this experience has been the best! Dr. Miller and the ER nurse with braids were absolutely excellent. Very caring and the reason both my babies lived and recovered. I brought both my Sphynx and tortieshelle cats in with ivermectin toxicity one came home after two days with his main symptom temporary blindness. He fully recovered within 72hrs. However my other cat was completely comotose for over a week. During that time they worked around the clock making sure they kept her alive with fluids, and maintaining her vitals and temperature. She was unable to eat or use the bathroom on her own let alone blink. I truly feel most vets after the 72 hour mark would’ve given up recommended I put her down or demanded more money, however Dr. Miller was optimistic but honest about her condition and continued to care for her the best she could until it was 10 days without improvement and honestly she’d stayed past our budget. I decided to take her home, Dr. Miller respected that decision installed a tube for feeding, and gave me a bunch of instructions and SQ fluids. My girl came out of her coma 11 days after the day of ivermectin ingestion and is almost completely normal after 2.5 weeks. This is a place that cares. They let me visit my cat everyday! All Vet ERs are extremely expensive . However this place by far the most reasonable and isn’t greedy or all about the money. I also feel like Dr. Miller as busy as she is very communicative she gave us daily updates.

Sep 17, 2024 · Mary ElEveryone from the moment we walked in was very kind and helpful. We very much appreciated Dr Miller’s calm compassion and thoroughness. We are so thankful our Riley is back home and recovering! They were also good about informing us about the costs which was very helpful in making decisions about our dog’s care.
Nov 28, 2024 · Ruthanna MarshallMy baby ended up having a medical emergency, acute hemorrhagic diarrhea, and they were able to quickly get her in, stabilize her, and get her feeling better again within a day! I was allowed to go visit her whenever as they were 24hr, and my provider and her staff were on point every step of the way to keep in goo communication with me. Taking her home was easy and instructions were clear. I would definitely trust them with the care of my baby in the future!
Mar 17, 2025 · R. C.My cat was injured while playing. She did not want to put pressure on her hind leg, and her leg was held at an awkward angle. I have been to CVS multiple times over the years but I got lost this night. Corteney, at CVS, was able to direct me to the correct location. Corteney was the calm in my storm of anxiety. She greeted me at the door and took my cat straight to the back to be evaluated. She kept me informed of the status of my cat throughout my time there. Unfortunately the injury to my cat was more extensive than first thought, and I returned a few days later. Corteney was working on this day, and she took great care of us again. Her professionalism, knowledge and patience was much appreciated. Doctor Shendell took care of Jaspurr. She was very welcoming and spent time with me explaining what Jaspurr's care needed to be. Corteney went over all the medications that Jaspurr needed to take, along with the restrictions that needed to be in place once I got home. Dr. Shendell and Corteney thank you for taking such good care of my Jaspurr.
Feb 03, 2025 · meighanlynneI had to rush my furbaby into the emergency vet after he ingested too many of his allergy medication. The staff was so nice, understanding, and calm throughout the whole process. They took care of him to their best abilities and hopefully I get to pick him up today! Thank you to the whole staff for saving my best friend!
