Carol House Quick Fix Clinic in Rolla is full of the sweetest workers! While they don't answer the phone, they ALWAYS return phone calls if you leave a message with your number! The staff is compassionate, kind, and understanding of various situations. They do push spay/neuter, but they are a spay/neuter clinic... that's what they do! They always check in after spay/neuter to make sure your pet is doing well and will give you advice when needed. They are NOT a full-service clinic. They do spay/neuter and vaccines, pretty much! They do have some other things though- like dewormer and flea/tick preventative, and everything is low-cost. We drive from Springfield to Rolla for spay/neuter surgeries and also wellness visits as they're less expensive than some other options- and with our animals, well, it's less expensive to pay for gas to get to Rolla and back plus the visits than it is to just get them vaccinated in Springfield. I would highly recommend this clinic if you have the means to get there! I've never experienced any issues with them- and like I said... they care. Also, the tech that comes to get my puppy every time is super good with her! Thanks for being so good with our pets- we hope to continue using your services when needed! I have already told a bunch of friends in the Springfield area about this clinic because it's so awesome. Thanks!

Welcome to Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic

Welcome to Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic, your accessible Pet Hospital located at 13651 US-63 in Rolla, Missouri, USA. While traditionally categorized as a Pet Hospital, it's important to note, as indicated by customer reviews, that Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic operates with a specific focus, primarily offering low-cost spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations, alongside some other basic preventative care options. This makes them a valuable resource for pet owners seeking affordable essential services.

Based on the positive feedback from customers, the environment at Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic is characterized by a team of "sweetest workers" who are described as compassionate, kind, and understanding. While specific details about the physical layout aren't provided, the emphasis on the staff's demeanor suggests a caring and supportive atmosphere. Although they might not always answer the phone immediately, they are diligent about returning calls if a message is left with your number, indicating a commitment to communication. The clinic's focus on spay/neuter services is evident, and while they do advocate for these procedures (as a spay/neuter clinic would), customers have noted their understanding approach to various situations.

The services offered at Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic, as highlighted by customer experiences, primarily include:

  • Spay and Neuter Surgeries: This is a core service, and they are frequently chosen for their affordability and care during these procedures. They also follow up post-surgery to ensure the pet's well-being and offer advice as needed.
  • Vaccinations: They provide vaccinations, making wellness visits more cost-effective, as noted by clients who travel from further away for this reason.
  • Basic Preventative Care: Beyond spay/neuter and vaccines, they offer other preventative medications such as dewormer and flea/tick preventatives, all at a low cost.

It is crucial to understand that Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic is not a full-service veterinary clinic. As one reviewer explicitly stated, "They are NOT a full-service clinic. They do spay/neuter and vaccines, pretty much!" This means they may not offer services such as extensive diagnostics (like advanced imaging or comprehensive lab work), complex medical treatments for illnesses, or emergency care. For those needs, a full-service veterinary hospital would be necessary.

A significant feature of Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic is their commitment to low-cost services, particularly for spay/neuter and vaccinations. This affordability is a major draw for pet owners, with some even traveling from areas like Springfield, MO, because the overall cost, including travel, is less than getting the same services locally. The staff's caring attitude is also a standout feature, with reviewers consistently praising their sweetness, compassion, and the positive interactions they have with the animals. One reviewer specifically mentioned a veterinary technician who is "super good" with their puppy.

Another notable feature is their dedication to the community, as evidenced by their work in helping to "fix over 15 stray cats" in one neighborhood. This highlights their role in addressing pet overpopulation and providing care for animals in need.

Regarding promotional information, the reviews don't mention specific ongoing promotions. However, their consistent offering of low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services can be considered a form of ongoing value. The fact that people are willing to drive from other cities to utilize their services due to the cost-effectiveness speaks to this. To inquire about any specific promotions or discounts they might currently offer, it is best to contact them directly at (573) 465-3099 or +1 573-465-3099.

In summary, Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic in Rolla, MO, serves as an invaluable resource for the community, particularly for pet owners seeking affordable spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations. The clinic is characterized by a compassionate and caring staff who are dedicated to the well-being of the animals they serve. They have helped us fix over 15 stray cats in my neighborhood. Thank God for this place and the people that work here

Based off of income or state assistance. Thoroughly check pets for tick, ear mites, fleas and recommends solutions. Reception goes over care instructions extremely well. Small tattoos on the tummies to inform futuristic vets they've been spayed or neutered.

Excellent care for my 2 kittens. Loved how they cared enough to call and check on them the next day after their surgery. They did say my one kitten had an ear infection and needed to see a vet - which i wish they would have just offered a script - i would have even paid a fee for it, since I just paid for a vet exam prior to surgery, but still, very happy with the experience.

Everything went smoothly when I took the cat in to get neutered. They took good care of him. They had a special of $25 in December. Their fees are very reasonable for vaccinations and other pet needs also.
