I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Shady Pricing, I had my cat spayed, I called to set appointment, I was told she must be seen and given her rabies vaccine, I was told over the phone the cost is $190, the day of I’m told it’s BETWEEN $190-$230 and everything is additional, IV’s, pain meds or extended stay(they are sent home the same day). I asked why it wasn’t more transparent when the appointment is made, I paid a $50 deposit and was told it would be applied to the bill. Then I was told it went towards the first appointment, we were in there 10 minutes, he spent more time trying to sell me elective vaccine and procedures than checking my cat. The total cost of rabies, spayed and pain shot was $310.00, they are hiding additional costs and only go over the prices moments before my cat was taken away, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Wouldn’t recommend, if they don’t have ethics in pricing then I’m sure it’s not present in any other part of the business

Aug 22, 2024 · Jill WiechecBeware...... when you take your fur baby to be euthanized you are not allowed to stay with them. I've spent my last dollar at this place no compassion towards the grieving parent of these babies. They give them a shot to put them in a twilight sleep and then they do the rest in private. I would not of gone there to do this if there was an opening someplace else. I wish I could pur zero stars but no option for it.
Dec 16, 2024 · Darla LawrenceI never post things but feel I must about the care our little dog got from Dr Mark and Angel and Courtney. On January 3rd our little dog Boots went out after supper to use the bathroom. After about ten minutes we went looking for him and couldn’t find him. Our neighbors and family looked for hours. Coyotes we’re out and barking and we thought maybe they got him. When it got light out my husband got dressed and found him laying in the field behind our shed. He laid outside in the snow but was still breathing. It was a Sunday so we ran him to emergency clinic in Saginaw where we were told he had been hit by a car had severe head trauma and we should put him down.As we were waiting for them to bring in his shot Boots moved his head. We decided to take him home and call Dr Mark on Monday.Mark gave us hope and we left him there for him to work on him. Mark checked him all over and came to the conclusion he was picked up by an owl and not hit by a car.We will be forever greatful for the care he got from these wonderful people. I believe with the help from God and that staff he is alive and his darling little self today. When the weather got bad Dr Mark said to leave him there and he would take care of him. He taught us how to feed Bootsy with a feeding tube and how to care for him.It took about a month but he no longer has a feeding tube and is eating and drinking on his own. He is about 90 percent better. I am so glad we didn’t listen to those vets. God bless that office.
Feb 08, 2024 · Elizabeth KovachThe staff is very friendly , the price of care is good . I wish they had some longer hours on days. That’s the only thing I dislike about, however great with animals did my microchip so my family could find me if I were lost .
