Caring Hands Animal Hospital - Centreville

This was my dog's long time vet until we moved out of the state. I can't recommend them enough - they are so caring and compassionate and have spent so much time answering my questions. Everyone in the practice is 10/10 from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors. They worked really well with my dog's other vets (specialists for oncology) and always made us feel supported. The communication is amazing (vets would call and email to check in, always answering all my questions). I never felt pressured into anything and always felt that we were getting a great value from this practice. I recommend them to everyone.

As with most vets, the upselling is there but no where close to other veterinarians I’ve been to. Techs are wonderful and Aspen loves all the pets. Won’t take her anywhere else.

Dr. Clendenin is amazing. We have seen her numerous times over the years, and I am always excited when I hear she has an opening that aligns with our needs. The facility is always clean. The front desk staff are always kind, and very helpful getting a last minute appointment for our pet! We’ve been with Caring Hands for over 12 years, through more rescue pets than I want to list, and we will keep coming back.

I've been taking my cats here for at least 15 years and have only ever experienced kind, compassionate services from the doctors and front and back-office staff. My kitty Lucy currently sees Dr. Clendenin, and I completely trust my kitty under her care. She is warm, caring and knowledgeable and takes a step by step approach to addressing concerns. Lucy was recently in for a wellness check, but earlier in the year had some much needed dental work, which I was concerned about because we've found that she is sensitive to anesthesia. Dr. Clendenin and the technicians prepared for this with the proper medications and strategies while Lucy was under anesthesia, and my 12-year-old kitty successfully made it through the procedure, and came out with pearly whites, albeit with fewer teeth than she started with. ;) I highly recommend this facility for your pet medical care - they will treat your furry friends well!

The doctors and the staff have always been very nice and professional. The thing I like most about Caring Hands is that they allow me to be right there with my pet during the visit. When my baby girl Taylor was dying, they were so kind & considerate to me and her. The care I receive from them from the Vet to the staff is amazing. My remaining baby girl, Lacey is a wild one, but because of the treatment they provide, she does pretty well. I really appreciate everything they have done for me and my fur babies. Sincerely, Sherry
