Dr. Rebecca and her absolutely fantastic staff at Caring Hands are really great at working with special needs animals like my Molly, pictured here recovering from her pulled tooth. At Caring Hands, they will work with you if your dog isn't socialized with other animals, and if your dog suffers from bad anxiety/separation anxiety. And truthfully, they worked with my human mom separation anxiety pretty well, too. We are lucky to have a vet here in CU who places the needs of the animals first.

Staff was very considerate regarding the needs of my deceased pet. Thank you for taking the time to hear her story. The paw print is a lovely little reminder of my girl.

Vet DR says she doesnt want to service my puppy because we didnt live in champaign? Even when I was trying to work something out for the dogs sake Dr Bugalio assistant GG was extremely rude to me, overtalked me and hung up the phone on me. No Lie. The Dr couldnt even speak to me her self. You all here need to learn proffesionalism and compassion here...Just because you cant service a dog doesnt give you the right to disrespect and be rude to customers. But I send you blessings inspite of how you all handled me and my poor dog Max.

Uh, love them!!! My family has always taken our dogs there, ever since I was a kid. I worked at another clinic for a hot sec, but as soon as I left that job, I brought my pets back to Caring Hands. They're very thorough, work very well with my dogs and cat, and I trust them completely with the health of my pets. Always happy to see their smiling faces!!! 100% recommend to all new pet parents. :)

Best vet's office I've ever been to! Rebecca, Curt, and co. do a fantastic job of explaining to clients what's going on with their pets, talking through options, and providing excellent care. It's my hope that everyone with fur babies finds a veterinarian as supportive as Caring Hands.
