Caring Hands Animal Hospital - Ashburn

Dr Ferguson and the staff at Caring Hands Ashburn are fantastic! I had to get a same day appointment for my dog who wasn’t feeling well. They got me it, diagnosed the problem and did some tests. Sent us home with appropriate medicine and a couple days later my dog was feeling much better. Great experience!

20250306 Came here to see Dr Bruzzese because I couldn't get an earlier appointment to see Dr Clendenin in Centreville. I needed to learn how to inject insulin, and Lola needed to get her LifeStyle Libre on her. Dr Bruzzese is great! I can tell that he loves animals because he refers to them as "kids" 🥰. He was easily to interact with, and he is very throughout in his explanation. The vet tech was great and very attentive, but was being trained to put the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor on, and not sure what happened... it fell off the next day. Dr Pitt was also great in explaining about the issues with the Libre technology. 20240313 All my furkids see Dr Clendenin at the Centreville location. Dr Clendenin is one of the best Caring Hands doctors I have worked with. I needed a last min appointment, and Dr Trang was available at this location. Dr Trang was nice. When she left the room, I didn't know she wasn't coming back. The vet tech returned with questions, and then I was ready to check out. With Dr Clendenin, she always says bye, and I always know when the appointment has ended. What I like about Centreville is that they also took care of check-out in the room, which is convenient. Being a Caring Hands client for over 20 years, Dr Vitulli, Dr Campfield, Dr Streck, and Dr Clendenin are the best. I know Dr Vitulli for almost 30 years. Dr Campfield is at the Arlington location.

I've had bad previous experiences at different vets in the area. Treating service like cattle. But I brought my little Rocky in, new patient, here to caring hands and was extremely impressed and satisfied with the care. From the really pleasant front desk, to the assistant and to Dr Trang. Everyone was happy and nice, and you can tell they love what they do and importantly they did not try to price gauge me. This vet hospital is very thorough and convenient. Highly recommend

When we had to put my cat down, the staff were so empathetic and caring. It made one of the worst appointments a bit easier. They walked us through it, let us take our time, and sent a condolence card after. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals and the owners and it was truly touching.

Caring Hands Animal Hospital has provided exceptional veterinary care for my family’s pets for many years. They've taken care of our cats, our dog, and even my niece’s cats, always delivering top-notch service. Their team helped our dog overcome allergies to certain trees and grasses, performed a successful neutering, and provided critical treatment for my niece’s cat who had ingested over 51 hair ties. They also diagnosed another cat with an enlarged heart and were incredibly compassionate during the difficult decision of putting seriously ill pets to sleep peacefully. The staff at Caring Hands is truly dedicated, skilled, and caring. I highly recommend them!
