I started bringing my fur baby here in March/April 2024 and so far I am very pleased with the care provided. Scheduling is easy via phone or the app and the staff—from the ladies at front desk to the Techs and Vets—is wonderful. Dr. Rossi is my pet’s vet and he is caring and awesome. Prices are comparable to other clinics in the area.

I drive quite a distance to go to Caring Hands - it's worth it to me. A friend recommended this practice to me several years ago, and I have been happy at every visit. The vet advice has been helpful and caring while also practical, taking into account that my cat is very elderly. I really like the vets and the staff, who provide friendly, great customer service.

I like the vets here and the advice the offer is generally good. I find them to be thorough and not overly aggressive on over medicating while explaining all options. I do usually wait at least 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time but that is the status quo across all vets and I won't hold that against this location speficially. If you are looking for a place with good vets you can trust, I recommend this location.

My experience with caring hands so far has been amazing. Emmelyn has been truly wonderful, helps me set up an appointment as soon as possible for my fur baby. She answers ALL of my questions. Its my first time being a dog mom to a 4 week old puppy and they have all been amazing with her. THANK YOU CARING HANDS ❤️
