Easy scheduling. Great care. Attentive staff. Responsive to questions in and out of appointments. Fair and reasonable rates. I wouldn't consider taking my cat anywhere else for primary veterinary care. They have been especially helpful with all of the additional care and testing my cat has needed after her hyperthyroid diagnosis.

Dr. Beer is not just a vet, he is an animal whisperer. We love him and his staff so much. He is so kind and compassionate when it comes to our pets. We have been taking all of our pets to him for years. His staff has become like family to our pets. They love them all so much. I can’t say enough good things about their practice. A lot of people know him from his care of ferrets. Our ferrets love him and have seen him for years but he also has gone out of his way to take care of our dogs. We had an old senior Pomeranian with CHF. I honestly believe that he gave us almost an extra year with our boy. He is really an angel and I can’t express my appreciation enough.

Caring and compassionate vet. Dr. Beer and his team are amazing. I do believe you saved Twixie's life. Thanks for caring and taking her within less than 24 hours after she had 3 random seizures. Thank you Dr. Beer for checking on her and acting quickly due to her seizures which she ended up having 4 more after her vet visit. You all are amazing! Twix and I are blessed to call you her home for routine vet care and managing her condition 💚 100/100 experience

I was a loyal customer of Care Pet Clinic for 6 years, but I will not return now, even though CPC is by far the closest veterinarian to me, at only 0.4 mi from my residence. Here’s why: When my cat Atticus passed away unexpectedly at the age of 7 on March 1, due to heart failure and complications of diabetes; Care Pet Clinic did not lift a finger to express condolences — no emails, no mail, etc. I had a vaccination appointment scheduled for early March, which simply disappeared from my calendar without notification from Care Pet Clinic. When, believing that I had to cancel the appointment, I called to cancel, I was informed that it had already been canceled and I was rushed off the phone after the briefest possible expression of sympathy. While I - at this time - do not hold Care Pet Clinic responsible for me not knowing my cat had diabetes or congenital heart disease, as I understand such conditions are difficult to detect in cats… I will suggest that a best practice would be to encourage clients to book follow-up appointments at the time they show up for an appointment, or after they pay. As a person with ADD, I would often forget to book follow-up appointments and get vaccinations slightly late — and Care Pet Clinic’s email notification system for such things is far from ideal, I imagine even for neurotypical people. This practice would also benefit Care Pet Clinic’s bottom line. In short, Care Pet Clinic - like many facilities with deceptive names (e.g., Safe Auto Insurance) - is a good veterinarian for people seeking the bare minimum service for a relatively affordable price. But keep your expectations low and monitor your pet closely for symptoms — because it is incumbent upon YOU to do the legwork, to supply the lion’s share of the CARE in your relationship with your CPC veterinarian.

Dr. Beer & is the BEST!! My cat Dirk has had lots of issues in the 3 yrs I've had him. The latest issue he's had is vomiting a few hrs after every meal. CPC gave him a steriod/antibiotic shot & sent us home w meds. It worked, then after ~2wks it started up again!😔 I called in & they didn't make me bring him back, of which I was very appreciative (as Dirk's issues have begun 2 put a strain on me financially). Next he Rx'd Regalan to help him digest food bttr, but even that didn't help. Dr. Beer called me every few days to check in on Dirk!!🩷 Finally, he Rx'd a steriod, and after 4+ weeks of puking multiple times/day, this combo seems to be working. It's been 4 days since his last puke 🤞🤞 Dr. Beer & his staff have been amazing & super caring during all of this!! They can usually get you in ASAP & they actually return calls & answer the phone too!! I am so thankful to this clinic & Dr. Beer 🐈🐈‍⬛️
