Care More Animal Hospital

Every single member of the Caremore staff is awesome! I get a quick response when I call, check in and check out at the office is always fast and friendly, and the bill is never as high as I hyped myself up for lol Dr. Gross is just wonderful. You can tell he truly has a passion for helping animals and he treats them all like they're his favorite. My sisters and I take all our pups there and recommend Dr. Gross and the Caremore staff to everyone we know!

Dr Gross and his staff are the absolute best. They went above and beyond treating both of my babies, Johnny and Sephira. When the time came to say goodbye, Dr. Gross had so much compassion and treated them both as if they were his own family. I will definitely return when the time comes.

Unfortunately I had to have my sweet girl rockstar put down. The staff was incredibly empathetic and caring. About a week or 2 later they sent a sympathy card & everyone signed it. It doesn’t sound like something big, but it showed that they care not just for the critters they take care of, but the families as well. Thank you guys again, it ment the world to me & my daughter.

my appt was at 930 - i got there at 920. granted, i had my baby and my new dog with me and that was not their fault but they offered no assistance/ help - just handed me a paper and pen and told me to fill out their paper (barely any seats bc they were busy) meanwhile both the front desk employees were on their cellphone.. i previously had to reschedule bc of a funeral and they got an attitude w me for rescheduling “again” so i took my baby with me. they called me an hour later at 1030 and said they were ready for me. i told them they can take me out of their system as a patient and they said “okay, bye” terrible, HORRIBLE customer service. people waiting to be seen were more friendly and helpful than the staff.
