I absolutely will always recommend this place to anyone needing immediate care for their animal !! I am absolutely blown away by the love and care Dr. Ruparel has shown towards both my kittens during this difficult time ! I absolutely recommend her !! I brought in my 2 kittens yesterday morning at 7am due to them eating something toxic for them while I was asleep, I came in extremely panicked and scared if my kittens would even make it due to the condition they were in. The techs were very quick to jump and immediately take my cats in and assist them as soon as I walked in the door. They were very very communicative through the whole process of figuring out what was needed to get my babies back to the proper health, there is so much support and help all around you aren’t left wondering what is happening what so ever ! All of the staff are visibly very happy and kind hearted and do everything they can to help bring light to such a bad situation which was very calming in times like these. My kittens are still currently at this center being treated , they were kept overnight due to their severity but I’ve heard nothing but good news in their increase of health so far ! I’ve had no problems reaching anyone and have been able to come see them as much as I’d like whenever I want, and any moment I haven’t been able to be there they’ve called with full well descriptive updates on how my cats are doing and what they are currently worried about. I cannot thank the techs and doctors enough for their love and support towards my kittens. They’ve genuinely saved their lives and I’m so very thankful. Thank you !

Feb 05, 2025 · katelyn cappelWe had to run to the vet around 1AM. Our 2 dogs had a scuffle over a food dish. They each have their but one was being greedy. The other is a cranky senior. The bigger dog tried to finish off our senior's food. Teeth were nashed and our senior was bitten on the mouth, consequently losing a tooth. Rushed her to Care Center Cincinnati where they saw her promptly. Thank heavens it was a mild abrasion and a lost tooth. The staff were so kind and comforting. The doctor was so amazing and comforting too. I highly recommend this veterinary! We've taken all 3 of our dogs here for 1 reason or another. They never disappoint. Lola says thank you 😍🥰💕
Jan 09, 2025 · Kim WhitneyI just moved into a new community and there was an outdoor senior kitty living outside that everyone fed and made sure she had shelter. When I came home today she wasn't doing well. I could tell she was probably going to pass away but I didn't want her to suffer. After many frustrating phone calls to other vet offices I eventually found Care Center. I took the poor girl in and she was in liver failure so the hard decision was made to euthanize her. The staff at the desk and the vet were incredibly kind and compassionate. I have several cats and will definitely look to use Care Center. I highly recommend. Thank you for what you do and thank you for your kindness and compassion.
Feb 28, 2025 · Christina RunionsWe transferred our dog to Care Center on recommendation of our vet due to an acute severe illness. The Doctors proactively communicated with us, and answered all of our questions over the course of our pets treatment. Overall, the team at Care Center kept us updated over the next couple of days and did a thorough job managing our dogs care. At the end of a scary weekend we got to bring a healthy dog home.
Jan 21, 2025 · Eric QuehlWent to our vet and our dog has a heart murmur. They recommended the Care Center and told me about a special they had in February for dog heart health month that would save you $300 on the test which is normally $700 with the special it would be around $400. Called a couple of days before the end of February and they said it has to occur in February and their scheduling is 12 days behind. Said that they don't have appointments open during February so they will not honor the special since they have no more openings in February even though I called in February. Feels like a bit of a bait and switch. Should have advertised differently. Should have said only if you can get an appointment in February and most appointments are full by February 16th. Their reply comment on offering early drop off simply is NOT TRUE! I hope they record their calls and share it! I even said can you ask a manager if their is any way and they said we will ask when they work tomorrow. They did call me back the next day and said sorry we have 0 options at the discount rate. TO BE CLEAR. I WAS NEVER OFFERED ANY OPTION TO GET THAT RATE. THAT IS WHY I ASKED THEM TO SPEAK WITH THEIR MANAGER IN HOPES THAT THE MANAGER WOULD UNDERSTAND THE STRINGS ATTACHED WERE MISLEADING. When they called me back and said sorry no options I chose not to book an appointment. If I can receive that rate I will bring my dog any day and any time that is convenient for them.
