I don’t even know where to begin, everything was so amazing. We suddenly found out at the ER vet our dog had a large mass on her spleen we were so scared. The staff at CARE made us feel so comforted. The first phone call I really felt that the woman had empathy for our situation. Then we got in for a consultation appointment the next day. The facility is so clean and welcoming. They even had a little sign with our fur baby’s name on it. Nurse Lisette from our consult was so sweet to Stella who was nervous and helped break down what to expect and costs (and care credit) in such an informative way. Dr Keats was very thorough in his explanation and patient in answering all my questions (I had a list). On our surgery appointment day it was early in the morning and everyone was still so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Nurse Sean on our surgery day was so sweet and communicated realistic expectations about the day. The staff and dr were so communicative throughout the process of surgery texting and calling with updates which gave me such peace of mind. When we picked up our girl to take her home nurse Sean helped explain everything great for recovery and also had patience for all my questions. While waiting for them to bring her to us, we could hear all the staff saying bye to her in sweet voices 🥺😭. Our 10 year old brave baby is at home resting and recovery is going perfectly. Thank you SO SO much to the staff for making this scary situation so much easier and comforting for us.

My shih-poo titus fell off the bed in his sleep at 2:30 am on the 16th of Dec. and landed on his front leg fracturing it in two places I found out at ER he was fractured. I was recommended by the ER to CARE . They did my consult and surgery same day Dec 17. Let me just tell you OMG they are absolutely amazing! If you’ve had a pet injured, you know how terrible it is the anxiety the mixed emotions from initial contact to the end of surgery. Everything was sooooo professional and caring. I the anxious mom I am sat up there waiting for his surgery to be over the staff kept me company while I got constant updates throughout. As soon as I met the surgeons I knew he would be in good hands . The surgeon Dr Bleakley spoke with me before and after the procedure . I highly recommend this surgery center.

I can’t say enough good things about CARE Surgery Center. My dog, Logan, recently had TPLO surgery there, and from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, informative, and genuinely caring. Every time we arrived, they immediately showed us to a room, making us feel like a priority. The team kept us informed at every step, from preparing Logan for surgery to updates during his procedure and even throughout recovery. They understood our concerns and went above and beyond to ease our worries with constant communication, which meant the world to us. Not only was the level of care exceptional, but the pricing was also very fair for the quality of service provided. I truly felt Logan was in the best hands, and the care he received was outstanding. I would highly recommend CARE Surgery Center to any pet parent needing specialized surgery for their furry family member. Thank you to the entire staff for making a stressful time so much easier!

Took our 10 month old Great Dane in for Gastropexy and spay. Everyone at Care animal surgery center was amazing. Dr.Bleakly took the time to answer our questions. Vet tech Sean went above and beyond to ease our minds on the recovery process. Sean has genuine love and compassion for animals as well as their owners. Highly recommend for your pets needs.

This is our second surgery for our Springer Spaniel Molly. All staff members put pets and parents first. Two different surgeons. Excellent job on both procedures. I was not referred. Did my own research. Take it from a neurotic mom. This is where you want to take your fur baby for surgery. A big thank you to all the staff. 😉
