Canal Animal Clinic

I was nervous to find a vet for my 18 year old precious poodle as we just relocated to Ohio. A neighbor recommended this clinic, so I took her as I wanted to have someone I know and trust as she enters her "golden years". Dr. Ann was so gentle and kind. She answered all my many questions with honesty and compassion, sharing her experience as an older pet owner and mother. She gave great suggestions for my baby, and now I have somewhere to go with confidence that my girl will be well taken care of in these next "hopeful " years! Thank you 😊

Zoeys first trip to this vet went great. Everyone from front desk,the techs,and the Dr.herself were so nice. Reasonable pricing and quality care for our little girl will make this our go to office.

This veterinarian clinic is such a breath of fresh air. The staff is amazing along with the Doctors and their care and professional diagnostics. Highly recommended. We love them!

I've taken my fur kitties to Dr. Greenwald since she opened shop! She (and Dr. Frasure) willing to help with pros and cons when making decisions that can be so difficult to make....(not due to money but due to what is best and right for my babies.) Thanks to the Docs and the whole team that do great work!

Canal Animal Clinic was awesome, called 4 other clinics to price compare on x-rays and they were the best pricing with the best schedule. They were able to fit my dog in for some x-rays in less than a week and they sent copies to my email at no additional cost so that I had them should I need to go to a specialist or other vet clinic, which is HUGE benefit and shows they are in this for the pets and not the profit so I think I found my new clinic. My only downside about that clinic, was that I had to leave my dog there so they could do the x-rays when they had the time. While I understand why they did it and I appreciate they respect working adults time and don't want to make people sit around and wait unnecessarily, my dog has separation anxieties (and maybe I do too lol) so I would have preferred to have been present with him and provide any additional help and reassurance to him as he can be a little stubborn with strangers. This is just how they do the x-ray scheduling, it wasn't about squeezing me in for an emergency or anything. Not sure if things are different for vaccinations or something more routine but I would not hesitate to take him back to Canal Animal Clinic at all. The staff was wonderfully warm, showed compassion, and the vet sat and had probably a 30 minute conversation with me about what was seen (or not seen) in the x-rays and what next steps would be and didn't try to push us out the door and ensured all my questions were answered and gave recommendations of what she would do if it were her dog. A very positive experience and I will definitely be recommending anyone in the area to take their pets here.
